Customer service is mainly the issue , one rep is always nice but who i’m presuming the manager i have had issues with. She Completely messed up both my mobile and internet account. after telling her REPEATEDLY not to change my account or upgrade because i had a grandfather plan with alot of discounts she still changed it and i was not notified until weeks after . I’ve been trying for 3 months to correct the issue filing an escalation and complaint to the store within 30 days with the back Office trying to fix it. Now this store is temporarily closed (which is a common thing for this location) and im stuck in a hard place with my bill unchanged occurring multiple charges.

Had to wait for the person who waited on me to find a working scanner. Also, her customer service skills left a lot to be desired. I only stopped here because it is on my way home from work. I usually patronize the AT&T store in Pleasant Hill

Do not recommend coming to this location at all. Worst service I've ever experienced in any place of business. The rep helping us from the start did not sound very welcoming. Informed her of what we needed and stated it couldn't be done. Yet I was a former an employee and knew very well it that it could. It ended up being she just didn't know how to do it, so she went to the back to ask for help. Once she came back out the whole time was on a personal inappropriate call. Decided to leave because I didn't feel comfortable that what I needed would be done correctly.

The customer service was horrible. I had to wait for 45 minutes for help. When i ginally received help, the female with a bunch of face piercing at the Railroad location was zero help. I asked a simple question about fees and her answer was "I don't know" and just stared at me. She didn't try to help or find an answer. Useless.

10/20/2022 4:00 pmIf I could give a "0," I would... for wasting my time and the inconvenience. Why is this place ALWAYS closed when they're supposed to be open? Today was my 3rd and final time. And again, only the closed sign was on the door with no explanation, if or when they were returning. I ended up going to the AT&T store on Century Blvd. They were open, met all of my needs. Plus, I upgraded my phone as well. I didn't even know I wanted a new phone. And on that note, will never utilize the AT&T store on Railroad in Pittsburg. I JUST read some of the reviews. I have to remind myself to always check them first. From what I've read, this AT&T store won't be in business long.

Came in after being so frustrated trying to get anything done through customer service line to come into the Railroad store to an employee sitting at one of the desks with bags of lunch on her desk and her cell phone in her hand. Once I started explaining to her what the problem I was facing she then redirects me to customer service. She still continues to text whoever was on her phone placing the phone on her lap. The service was beyond terrible. I let her know she has one customer, me and she's literally using her phone and trying to redirect me so she can do nothing. The store is a mess none of the seats tucked in. Her name is Kiya and this young lady really needs to work as if she wants the job I'm so disgusted with ATT's customer service it's unbelievable.

My first visit to this store they actually advised me the best plan for cell service for my family was to not change a thing. Very professional and fair.A month later I came in and my whole families needs for for cellphones and data changed. I told them what my budget was and they came in way under that.And are you ready the whole process took 10 minutes. AT&T is fortunate to have people like Roberto and his team. Thanks again.
