Service was fantastic however the woman who helped me did some Straight BS to my account. I had lost my phone and had to get a new one. I didnt want anything changed. I just wanted to get a new phone. That part went well. What is didnt realize when I got home was that she secretly added the Iphone Protection Plus insurance scam crap. I never ever get this because its a waste imo. So naturally i canceled it. The point im trying to make is NOT once did she mention that. Not once was I even given a chance to choose. She just added it. Always check your stuff fam. Other than that everything else was amazing. Because if that I didnt give then a 1. I gave them a 3.

My husband and I went to this location to purchase a new phone. We were immediately greeted by Anton (forgive spelling) who helped us through the entire process. He was great. I managed a retail store for 20+ years and found his professionalism and friendliness very refreshing.
