“I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wonderful man, very respectful and honest. I was rear ended and he help with dealing with the insurance company reimbursement. Car was given back in a timely manner. 100% your money will not be wasted here. Very fair man, no BS. My car looks more new than when I bought it. Love the black sleek bumper, exhaust pipe is so shiny sliver. Even cleaned my car. Price is very reasonable. He does not charge as much as other company's. Another company would have charged over $1500 for a new lifegate, but luis fixed it like no problem. Very proficient, and money saver. Had some scratches on the car, but once returned to me, the scratches were gone. Very excellent job. Will return if needed in the future.”

My repair included the front grill of my car and paint job to fix the damage caused. I was greeted by Destiny, she has a very friendly demeanor.
I met with Theresa, off the bat I felt comfortable as she was so knowledgeable, I felt very at ease after getting the explanation of what would need to be done. I didn’t even consult with any other body shops. The communication was amazing. I was kept up to date on the delays that were occurring and why. One thing that really stood out to me was when I was called and informed my car was ready for pick up, shorty after Theresa called me back and let me know after she did a final inspection, she found a minor issue that needed to be addressed so my car would be ready the next day instead. Theresa was genuinely apologetic about the delay. I was so grateful for the transparency and the thoroughness.

“Took my 2024 BMW 330i to have a bad rock gauge fixed on the fender. It was down to bare metal so I knew it would need to be bodyworked and painted. I was a little worries since the car is a BMW Individual color (special pearls and metallic in the paint). They gave me an estimate to have the fender worked, painted, and blended into the door to minimize any obvious appearance of color difference...typical paint strategy for those who are familiar. I scheduled a day to drop the car that worked for me and they took it in right away and got to work. I had my car back in a week and it was color matched PERFECTLY. I was honestly impressed. The work was done right, promptly, and with care. They definitely earned a customer for life with me. If ypu have insurance work, custom work, or just need to fix up some scratches/chips like I did...you won't regret taking your car to Alex and the folks at West Coast.”

I think People forget that DeRosa Customs has been inducted in to every Kustom Car Hall of Fame there is and that happened for a reason. The vision to crate something tasteful and unique is there.Frank is truly an artist. I am laughing my A** off after reading these other reviews. Artist are touchy Folks but when you give them the creative freedom to work their magic you will be completely blown away by the outcome. I am more than pleased. My only disappointment is the fact that I can't post pictures of his work here to show off my ride.”

“Walmart Auto Care Center may not be everyone's default choice for car care. I first used them at a Fresno location many years ago. I most recently needed new tires on my car and an alternative brand tire in an optional size was available for me to purchase from Walmart at a great price with installation and hazard warranty. They did a great job of mounting the new set of tires on my car. It's been 6 months and I found a screw with my front left tire. I stopped by first thing when they opened in the morning and they were able to fit me in between all their appointments. My advice is to always make an appointment for service and to not rely on walk-in availability because they're booked solid. If you make an appointment, you'll get prompt service. I'm thankful and lucky for the one time I needed an urgent walk-in appt.
I would recommend this location as the staff is friendly and professional despite being slammed with work daily.”
