“Brian did an amazing job repairing dents on my Tesla Model Y! The spots on the frunk and side door were in difficult locations and looked like they would be challenging to fix, but Brian made the repair look almost effortless. His skill and attention to detail are impressive. He was able to carefully work the dents out while preserving the original paint, and the finished result looks great. You can really tell that he has a lot of experience with paintless dent repair. Highly recommend Brian if you need dent repair. He made a difficult repair look easy and delivered excellent results!”

“Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate. Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

“Exceptional follow through and coordination from Zach. After the manufacturer of our running boards delivered my product out of spec, Zach worked for 3 months trying to find my older model truck a suitable replacement. He never lost track and pinged me regularly to try to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. They also did a perfect job on the bed lining spray. Thank you gents!”

“Amazing work! Pacific Auto Body Shop did an amazing job restoring my 15-year-old BMW 535i! Sean took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the 3.5-week restoration process. He also took time work with me on pricing and the plan. The work is beautifully done and highly detail-oriented—you can tell they really pride themselves on quality. Keep in mind, this isn't the place for a cheap, quick ding or dent fix. While it isn’t the absolute cheapest option around, the flawless quality of their work makes every penny completely worth it. Highly recommend Sean and his team for major restoration and body work!”

“Our 2024 Mazda got scuffed up and needed repair to avoid rust. Bay Auto Body did and excellent job, it looks like the damage was never there! Price was extremely reasonable for the work required (dent repair, paint blending, etc) and the result. Greatly appreciated their honesty. While you never hope you need a body shop, I would definitely go to Bay Auto Body again for anything body related I needed in the future.”

“I can’t recommend AW Collision Concord highly enough. Rich, Matt, and the entire team went above and beyond to help resolve issues caused by another repair shop, while also working through complications with my insurance company. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They identified problems the previous shop had overlooked or failed to address, advocated for the repair to be completed properly, and helped secure new original parts for my vehicle when the prior shop had failed to do so. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this team. Their professionalism, expertise, honesty, and genuine commitment to helping their customers are rare. Thank you to Rich, Matt, and everyone at AW Collision Concord for taking such great care of me and my vehicle.”

“We just purchased a 2026 RX Hybrid from Lexus of Concord. I could not be more please with the experience. We started with Mert via text and email to find the car we were interested in. There aren’t many on the lots in the area. Many would have required a wait for delivery. He notified us when a car came in and set up a test drive. Negotiations were easy and fair. We moved on to finance with Dominic, again no pressure. They set up our technology and system review with Kiel. He cut throughs all the tips and tricks, I’m sure I would have never found them on my own. From top to bottom everything was efficient, professional, quick and no hassle. I would absolutely come back to buy my next car here. This is an absolutely beautiful car.”

“New Update: I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Gary's auto shop, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. After a frustrating month dealing with another local shop that left me feeling financially drained and disappointed, Gary was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, his genuine and wonderful personality shone through. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fully understood the situation I was in. Unlike my previous experience, where I felt like just another number, Gary made me feel valued as a customer. Despite being busy with other clients, he managed to address 99% of the issues with my vehicle in just a few weeks. His efficiency and commitment to quality work are truly commendable. It was clear that he prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. Hats off to Gary for his outstanding customer relationships and the care he puts into his work. If you're looking for an auto shop that combines professionalism with a personal touch, look no further. I highly recommend Gary's auto shop—he's definitely earned my trust and future business! Previous review: I took my buddy’s car to Gary’s shop several weeks ago, and he did an outstanding job clearing the unnecessary codes that were displayed on my buddy’s 2012 Audi A6. He's a genuine guy with a great personality. All the staff at his shop are great. ?”
