Poorly trained employees needed 2 pieces which I don't know the name of and to give it to me they want the exact name of the piece they are supposed to know. And he didn't make the slightest attempt to find them, you just don't have the name, go away.

Please teach these young people on how to get people in n out.. 46 minutes to get me out with a thermostatat . Nice kids but God dam.. this is a teaching moment for whoever is in charge.

Helpful staff decent prices. Second trip the employee helped me find the battery I was looking for. It was at a near by other location and I was able ro return the wrong thing I bought and get the right one. The staff at both stores made exchanging the part out very easy

The AutoZone on harbor st in Pittsburg is the best hands down ! The Daytime manager is a godsend ! Super Personable and easy to work with. “Your car is your happy” and they help keep it that way .

Laura was hands down the best help I have ever received at an Auto Zone I needed help putting my plate on and she not only helped me find the correct parts I needed but she put the whole thing on for me so THANK YOU LAURA!!! Auto zone give this woman a raise!!
