I really like the huge selection from housewares to clothing.Staff is friendly but i have had to return to the store for missed security tags more than once.

Last 2 times I've been there to buy comforter set. The set was missing items which you don't realize til you get home and then it's too late. So my advice is, when you go to purchase something like a comforter set....make sure all of it is in the zipped up packaging. It's sad but people will take out of one package and put it in another and purchase that one so that leaves a package that lacks a piece it should have. Karma will get them I hope. But definitely not the security officer they have standing there.

I have gotten plenty of clothes there that I did like, but it does not justify how messy the entire store is. First off, half of the store is CLOSED OFF. Were they trying to downsize it or something? It feels like a store holding a liquidation sale most of the time. Not to mention that the fitting rooms there were ALSO closed off, meaning that I could not be able to try on clothes before I decide to buy them. Second, the entire store is a MESS. Everything is THROWN around and it's an inconvenience for everyone. Thirdly, they tend to move things around the entire store. Who's idea was it to place the shoe section in the MIDDLE of the store? Pick a section and stick with it! And fourth, you have to wait to get in. And I get it, shoplifting is at an all time high, but is making your customers wait to get in a good idea? The only reason I even come to Burlington is because my Mom likes to go there, as she has better luck finding things she likes. But if it were up to me, I'd pick someplace else. This Burlington needs to fix up their store.
