I wanted a new set of tires for my Tacoma. I contacted a bunch of companies via their Facebook ads and the only one to respond to me within 5 minutes was Sean and Universal Auto Repair (all the others got back to me 2-3 days later, some never responded) I told him my needs and he quoted me a great price! When I got there, he and the rest of the staff treated my son and I like family. He showed me the tires, and explained everything and all the costs involved and he even worked with me to stay within my budget. No hidden costs, no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your automotive needs. It's a true one-stop shop. From basic repairs, to full custom work, they've got you covered. And above all, their customer service is great. I don't care how good a price is, if the service is awful, the deal is off. These guys really take care of their customers.
