I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. I came in to return a large doll that my baby was scared of, but the manager refused to accept the return because there was a little dirt on the doll's nose. The doll only cost $17, and I usually spend much more than that when shopping here. I was even planning to buy a smaller doll for my baby.
It wouldn't have been a big deal to clean that small part of the doll, which likely got dirty from being in my car. I have always liked this store, even though it is a bit far from my location, and I have purchased all my scrubs from here in the past. The lack of customer service for a regular customer over a $17 doll is disappointing, especially since I understand that white items can get dirty easily, both in the store and afterward.
In my opinion, it would have been better to make an exception and allow the return or exchange in order to keep a loyal customer. I don't plan to return to this location again.

Cashiers are thieves and scammers! I had a black cashier lady tell me to take my clothes off the hangers. While I am doing this (as I am distracted), she stuffs my first bag where I can't see it, (on her bottom left side), and just gives me my 2nd bag! When I stated that I remembered having more items, she then 'remembers' she had my other bag by her leg and gives me the rest of my items. The cashiers seem like friends as they were all laughing and talking about various topics, so you been warned!

I love dds I get my hand bags here they have a nice selection of different kinds of lady's hand bags and they have different selections of things for bathrooms and room decor and for the bedroom. They have nice styles of clothing for women and they are reasonably priced

I had to wait in an empty line to enter an empty store. This store must have been riddle thefts because of the wait line. As you exit the store, you are guided out with a line.

Today while being checked out I had Lucie the area supervisor be very rude and unprofessional to me. She 1st was rude about taking off the last 3 "black"hangers off my clothes when she had already removed 15 hangers. I removed them then she was rude and said I need to go get another price for some pants that the tag fell off of. I asked her to look up the sku number by description. she told me they stopped 3 months ago looking up in the system. so I had my mother in law get another pair pants to speed up the process. I then let her know that I used to work for "that" dds 9 years ago and I've noticed how much customer service and the store has changed. she then was snapping and told me that was 10 years ago and that she been there for 5 years. and that it's the customers fault for why the store looks horrible; and that the employees should be able to clock in and out and that's it. I told her that if it wasn't for the customers what job would she have? She then began to do unprofessional gestures at me and towards my back jumping up and down and doing teasing gestures as I told her she shouldn't be disrespectful and combative with customers. She then said she ain't gonna lose her job, how would she lose her job for being rude? How could DDs discount have this type of behavior as their supervisor?

The wrist experience, the security at the front was so rude and thought it was okay to disrespect customers so bad by yelling and taking under his breath. When confronted because he was doing the most . He got super defensive and started making a show and the old lady cashier join in yelling . I hope they get fired or sum!
