Rudest employees I have ever encountered. I've had more than one bad experience here, multiple in fact which is why I'm writing this. I am not an idiot, I googled what time Dollar tree closes and because I usually come here. I know that they close at 9 PM. I got here at 8:50 and as soon as I walk in, I have an employee yelling at me you have three minutes. I didn't know 8:50 + 3 minutes = 9 o'clock, but I'm the idiot right? The moment I start turning into the isles all three employees are just looking at me upset as if I bothered their day lol. They are standing at the registers laughing and watching me, it is 8:55.... They close at 9pm though. I have had my son get pushed out of an aisle just because three grown woman were stealing aluminum pans. The employees didn't even flinch. Lady just walked to the door, it's 8:56pm and they have been closed, doors locked since 8:51. I'm probably being anal with a couple of minutes, but you guys get paid to be here until closing time not when you decide to close because you guys don't wanna help customers anymore. The human race is just becoming a disappointment. Horrible customer service. My toddlers are more polite.

Changed has come to this entire place of Shopping Centers of Oak Hills one is This Dollar Tree. Good job place is cleaned and secured now ever

I was surprised to find the exact size spiral notebook that Walmart used to have for only $1.25. The store was clean and the shelves were neat.Although the store did not have everything I was looking for. No store does these days. But it is close to where I live so it does now make sense to make it the 1st place to look instead of the last.???

I recently had a truly awful experience at this Dollar Tree location. The incident occurred when I asked the cashier for assistance with the balloons displayed in the store. What followed was an encounter with her co-worker who exhibited an unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. The co-worker in question, a heavy-set Hispanic lady in her 40s, seemed to be in a perpetually bad mood and appeared disinterested in her job. She was summoned by the cashier to pump up the balloons for me. From the moment she arrived, her demeanor was hostile and aggressive. She immediately questioned the availability of helium, as if inconvenienced by my request. When I attempted to explain my balloon preferences, she interrupted me with a curt "HOLD ON," displaying utter disregard for basic courtesy. It became evident that she had no interest in helping me find the balloons I wanted. Rather than making an effort to check all the drawers, she dismissively claimed they didn't have the balloons I asked for initially. I insisted on exploring other options, but she obstinately stuck to her claim without even bothering to search the numerous drawers available. It was frustrating to witness her indifference and lack of professionalism. Furthermore, she proceeded to pull out balloons I hadn't requested, clearly disregarding my specifications. When I politely informed her of the error, she responded with an annoyed look and put the unwanted balloons back. This demonstrated a lack of attentiveness and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, she then informed me that the only available balloons were already pumped up graduation balloons, which were clearly not what I was looking for. Her assertion was clearly false, as the other balloons she had retrieved, although incorrect, were not among the displayed ones. It was apparent that she simply did not want to do her job and chose to take out her frustrations on me, the customer. In conclusion, my experience at this Dollar Tree location was highly disappointing due to the deplorable customer service provided by this specific employee. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address such behavior, as no customer should be subjected to such unprofessionalism and hostility. I strongly advise potential patrons to consider alternative options to avoid a similarly unpleasant encounter.

Place messy low volume in store empty shelves as if we are still in a pandemic always one register open so very slow long lines,can't blame cashiers still short staff people just refuse to work,don't worry the immigrant community will take control and then people will complain about poor English speaking people,let's get back to work

I used to come to this store to buy some cute stuff, But after I encounter EVELYN the one in the register I don't wanna come back to this store. She is very RUDE!! Imagine I'm holding a baby then she is throwing my items I bought because she don't here I said I have my own bag. VERY RUDE EVELYN! If I can give 0 star I will rate her that!! Bad customer service

My local Dollar Tree. Not a bad place, but seems smaller than the other DTs I've been too.Small = less options... but that's just how it is.Staff is 50/50. Most are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they are distracted and it seems chaotic at times when they have to get change for the register... But overall good workers.
