Worst experience , i took my vehicle twice the first time didn't get anything fixed my car was returned the same with the engine light on, the last time i took it they kept it all day for them to call back and tell me they weren't going to check my car to find some where else to take it. Definitely the most unprofessional and unhelpful mechanics i ever met.

So I went here because of the good reviews... I was hoping to find a place where I as a woman would not be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and understanding of vehicles. I came here because I was having what I thought was issues with my brakes. So I leave my car here and after a few hours, I get a call back saying that there's no issue with my brakes but that there are some parts that could use a little cleaning and that that would take care of any of the noise that I was hearing. I asked how much it would be for them to clean that and they said it would be 120. So I go pick up my car and it's not making noise for about five hours at the most. And then it starts squeaking all over again as if they did nothing. So I basically was charged $120 for them to tell me that they fix something that they didn't. When I called to see about getting it fixed again, the person just seemed annoyed and not very helpful. I didn't want to get charged another $120 for them to do nothing so I'm just leaving it as is for now.

Honest and quick service anytime I've dropped in. My family comes here for their smog checks and service with Infiniti vehicles, and have always been satisfied.

I came across Espinoza Auto Experts on Yelp after looking for a new mechanic in the area. I brought my car in today and had a really great experience with Cesar. Really helpful and honest guy! Didn't try to up-sale me anything like other mechanics I've been too. Thanks again Cesar!

Came in without an appointment, was greeted by the tech who told me they were busy today but let's see what is wrong. The problem was a bad pulley causing a squeak. Told me that he could work on it if I was willing to leave it there for the day. They were able to get me in and out under 4hours and about $200 less than Firestone. Price felt fair for the job the customer service was great. This was my first step in finding a shop close to home. I usually maintain my vehicles on my own and take my bigger jobs to my reg mechanic in SJ. Wanted someone closer and his price was $25 more than my regular mechanic quote. Gotta say not bad for 1st time at the shop. I will be back hopefully no time soon.
