Because they wouldnt sell me a much needed capacitor for my ac unit on a hot summer day...i wasallowed to walk in find the part i needed then told i couldnt purchase the part because i was not a contractor store policy....that policy will never get me to return any buisness to this place ever again...and im now shopping for an entire ac / heater unit to upgrade my system...ive also got the needed contractors licence now too ...my money was not good enough for Furguson two months ago it is good now...NOT RECOMENDED...

Saved the day! Needed a run capacitor for my a/c unit. Spoke with a contractor coming to get parts and told him the problem. He was able to diagnose it. Bought the part and put it in and my a/c is back running properly.
