I am not happy on how it’s taking so long to get my money back. On February 10, I was double charged $35 on my fee. I called more than 3 times but did not get nowhere. I even went to the location to show my bank statement. It’s already May 1, no one has called me and say. Hey I mailed your check and you should received it soon and her is the confirmation. What should I do at this point H&R Block?

Cost is way too high. Charged 275 to my 76 year old veteran hat wearing brother who had easy form just his form for retirement and social security. Quoted 165 or little higher. Once we provided what he needed asked what the cost would be when I called back advised quoted anywhere around 165-225 and he said he did not know cost until he completed the two form tax work. He seemed bothered I called to get idea of final cost. His name is Ernest Takeuchi. Hurts me to see people take advantage of the elderly. Do not recommend.was going to get my taxes done by him if all went fair. It did not. Their response was to call their support line and I called it. It is an automated message no live customer service agents asking if I wanted to schedule appointment. Does that sound like a real desire to explain or hear the situation. Got the message. Let this serve as a warning

Linda is terrible she needs to retire smh she doesn't remember anything including appointments she scheduled days before an she also treat you different every year like she doesn't ever remember doing my taxes as she has been the last 6 years.I'm definitely switching over to a different taxe representative.
