The customer service and the phone Triage is absolutely foul. LMC has hired young inexperienced curt and rude people to man the desks. & Uneducated people to man the phone ...and that's if you can get through to them. It is truly sad nowadays that my young daughter has to experience such Poor customer service it's such an uninviting environment. The people there cannot think out of the Box They do not know how to help people get things done and get in-and-get out . Truly sad

This school needs to fix their DSPS and EOPS staff. Especially EOPS since it's usually run by teens my age that can't answer my questions. Also, there are so many instructors there that have to go. Especially the ones under a 3 star rating. Other than that, i wish the counselors could tell the truth more often. Ive been lied to so many times to the point where I don't even see a counselor anymore. However, during COVID, the school has improved a lot. A lot of teachers that I thought were going to be bad were great. Also, they provide so many benefits for you if you have a learning disability. I respect so many instructors here. Especially the staff that clean the school, volunteer at the library to help, and those who genuinely care for their fellow students and peers. The area is nice, the lake used to look so beautiful until the blue hue disappeared and it is now mostly green.

I received an email informing me that my textbook was ready for pick-up and how to do so. So, after driving 50 minutes in traffic, the bookstore was closed "until further notice." Now I will not be able to keep up with assignments and I need to pay a third of the price of the book for delivery. No email notification or instructionson how to do this. Now I have to wait for a call back after leaving a message asking what to do next. TERRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION ?♀️

It has moved to the Student Union ( the brand new building). Hours are 9:3 right now which isn't great for students with classes that start later and don't have transportation.

What do I look like? Some kind of geeky book person? This place would need something entertaining about it to get anything from me
