I needed help purchasing a new phone and switching numbers from one carrier to metro for my stepdad and got amazing service!!! Went in there pretty clueless on what to do or how to go about it but Vanessa Garay was on top of it all! I really appreciate her help in saving me money because I didn't know I was paying more than I needed to. She helped me get the best price. Definitely recommend coming in and talking to Vanessa with any phone service needs. She will make sure you get the help you need no matter what it takes by her side Yesenia also helped along to make sure everything was done in the correct manner THANKS VANESSA AND YESENIA!!!

Amazing service from Janice, made my visit twice a wonder and Kiki had a great smile made my day today. This MetroPCS store rocks and I'm speaking for myself but highly recommend this store and it's the holidays a lot of peeps are cray cray at this time but they manage this store well. Have a wonderful Christmas season and a bright year ahead! Surprisingly their speed browsing is faster than my old carrier!

Ok The person that help me was so rude from the time I walked in.. the other person there was on her phone the whole time.. when I asked when manager would be available she in morning but what can I do I'm manager right now what did she do..I SAID U SITTING RIGHT HERE LISTENING BUT SHE WAS SITTING THERE BUT SHE WAS ON SOCIAL MEDIA THE WHOLE TIME..I GOT MY PHONE ON THE 10TH NO RECEIPT BUT FOR MY PAYMENT I WAS FORCED TO PAY THERE EVEN THOUGH IM AUTOMATIC BILL PAY..MY PHONE WORKS WHEN IT WANTS I FEEL THE RUDE GIRL GAVE ME BROKE PHONE I MISS 2 LYFT RIDES THAT NIGHT CAUSE I COULDN'T USE MY PHONE I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NIGHT SO IM NOT MAKING THIS UP

The absolute worst customer service I've ever received in my life the garbage Asian lady clerk that was working there is a piece of trash and should not ever talk to a customer alert like they're a child and I hope to God that you get fired from your job you piece of garbage and the manager leaves a common corporate response you should be fired too Leslie because you're employees are a direct reflection of you absolutely horrible rude people condescending and just plain evil

I have usually gone to a closer store that's a franchise. They didn't want to help me when I went in and said I could go to the corporate store, even though, I said I wanted to buy a new phone. I'm so glad I did. My issues were taken care of quickly by Wandie , who was the most professional, knowledgeable sales/service person I have dealt with at any phone store. All the personnel have always been helpful here, & I strongly recommend this store over the other stores in the area. She took care of my issues so buying a phone wasn't critical, yet will go back and buy my phone here in the next few weeks.

I guess the store didn't need to make money today because the minute I showed up I felt harassed by not 1 but 3 employees standing outside. While I tried to shop and check the specs of a phone on my cell phone I was harrassed by some b**** who kept asking me a million questions. When I spoke up she wanna have an attitude so I left and she continued to have an attitude as I walked back to my car. Apparently this store likes to harass people so you just lost $500 today. I work very hard for my money and deal with shitty people all day long and when I'm shopping and trying to figure out what I want I don't need to be harassed by a****** f****** employees who want to judge me by the color of my skin or by what I am wearing . Not a problem there are plenty of metro pcs stores that I can shop at that actually appreciate people coming in and buying from them without harassing their customers. Enough said, got my new phone elsewhere.

The Metropcs store that I shopped at is located in the Atlantic Plaza Shopping Center in Pittsburg California . The young woman that waited on my brother and I was very courteous and professional, and explained to us the the various phones and pricing. I'm very happy with the service, the store was clean and organized. I'm also very greatful to my amazing brother whom bought my upgraded phone for me. Thank you so very much Metropcs and my brother for buying my New phone lol.

This review is long overdue... S/O to Kyle!! He saw I was having an extremely bad day & instead of charging me to transfer my # to a different phone... He decided to waive the fee... Which I REALLY appreciated

I got McAfee security put in the app it asked for my phone number it say's it's not a metro number and it is , that's where I got the number. So what do I do now.

I have been a customer here for several years, I have bought several phones from this store. The only thing is that Jesse, the guy at the register is not polite or friendly, he seems to be bothered by his work, at least that is what I have seen and experienced the last couple of times that I have visited the store. It is unfortunate that the attitude of one person can drive away customers and go visit a different store.
