We’ve had our OP-13 for almost two years, after our last trip one of the storage latches broke and I ordered a replacement. When the replacement lock arrived the key did not work. I reached out and they immediately saw the error (sent wrong lock) and sent the correct lock the next day!

Purchased a OP13 in May of 2025, even though I had trouble with the dealer fulfilling my order as promised, once I contacted Opus directly they immediately found me another dealer and trailer. The product and customer service is excellent. Loving our new camper
