Such an educational and relaxing atmosphere to see Antioch's past on Wednesdays and Saturdays 1pm to 4pm. Wonderful experience and FREE too.

First time here. My sister brought me because her ex-husbands parents (her kids grandparents) pictures are here, since they were lifelong residents of Pittsburg. They have a lot of wonderful displays here. Free admission, donations appreciated.
The Pittsburg Historical Museum, located in the former Pittsburg Post Dispatch building, is in "Old Town Pittsburg", the heart of the redeveloped downtown. The museum hosts a collection of artifacts, historical photos, a well organized library of papers, maps and reference books. Of special interest to our visitors are the Sports Hall of Fame Room, Family Room, Military Room, Bridal Room and Theater Room.
