I thought this was pretty easy!
At 1st I was worried because there was no one on-site to speak to however they have a remote contact and a real person comes on for “live-chat” and she helped me thru the whole process !
It didn’t take very long and I have already rented a space!

THEY RENTED MY STORAGE UNIT FULL OF MOLDWHEN I COMPLAINED TO MANGERTHE OFFICE SAID THEY CLEAN IT CLEARLY THEY NEVER DID I TURNED IT BACK INBUT NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACKBIG SUPER LOSS AND DISAPPOINTMENTNEVER AGAINAND WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

No security cameras on second floor. Someone cut our lock & put their own lock. Almost every locker had been tampered with. Public put their lock on until we could get there. They had left a message that they'd put their lock until we could get in. But failed to tell us we'd need make an appointment to have them cut off the intruders lock so when we got there we couldn't get into the storage unit. We had the movers cut it and found our original lock cut and laying inside. And they never answer the phone it always goes to message with no call back.

Was a customer for quite some time. At one point had five separate units while I awaited my home to be built. Paid around $1500 per month in total. I'm summer of 2021, they had contractors come out to replace roll up doors. We were not asked but told. In one of my units were two beautiful white couches less than a year old. They were completely shrink wrapped for protection. During installation, the contractor's employees moved the couches, dropping cushions onto the pavement and ruining them. They also stepped on the couches putting a hole in the plastic and leaving dark dirty footprints on my couches. They were ruined. I have waited since September of 2021 for a resolution and all I have received is a runaround. My issue is not with the awesome staff at the location as they have tried. Corporate has reached out to me once with a promise unfulfilled and has now gone dark. This is terrible to do to a customer!

Found a very good deal in Pittsburgh for a 9×20ft. Unit too consolidate 3 other storage units I have. Not too mention that I got the 1st month rent Free! Thanks for your help with obtaining this unit to hopefully saves me about $250 a month! Very Professional staff and Anna followed up Today to make sure everything was OK and I wasn't having any issues. I also like the Public Storage app for contactless opening the gate access is a big plus! Thanks again and I will recommend you to anyone else interested in a better price for storage. Thanks again PUBLIC Storage
