Went to this place earlier (for the 3rd time) and once again there was a sign on the door that says be back later. I knew exactly what I needed but he insisted that I leave my computer with him. I left and he calls me back 5 minutes later saying my computer can't be upgrade and he has one $300 that is valued at $1,100.... Sounded good but I know enough about computers to look up what I need and he was outright lying he said the biggest ram card my laptop would take is 8GB but in reality it's 64GB. I knew exactly what I wanted but he insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. This place is a joke.

Roland has worked on two of our printers and one of our computers. Always does good work for us and is honest. He is the first person we call whenever we have issues with our computers/printers.

The worst place to take or by used computers don't leave any TV or computer with this guy he is a crook he is full of it sounds nice when you enter his store but you will wait forever to get it fixed he uses a crack key to install win 10 key that runs out need install again and tells you it's a virus and reinstall is needed $$$$$ for nothing most of the time it just needs a tune up registry error clean up done by utility software you can do it your self tell all you friends stay away from this store

I have used this business for more than a few years. Most of what I needed was the latest spyware and or Microsoft software installed. Lately I had other problems, not too serious but several times I was told there was a virus. When I had a popup coming up on my android phone, SBC Comouters diagnosed it as having a virus too. A tech friend told me later that a popup is NOT a virus installed on the phone or laptop but hackers trying to get me to click on the popup, which would than release the virus. I feel ripped off as the tech should know this, probably does know this but charged me rather than inform me properly and not charge me. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge to his financial advantage. I also noticed a large crack on the outside of my laptop, right where it would crack if dropped (I have NEVER EVER dropped my laptop; I am very careful). so he dropped my laptop and never told me that. Then my android has stopped certain functions every since it was returned to me. $45 charged for no reason (I did not have a virus), my functions such as sending or receiving texts with attachments don't go through, texts cannot be sent to an email, and I can no longer use my calendar to keep track of appointments. AND my cell phone's smudge proof glass was removed and replaced with a glass that smudges constantly!!! Very disappointed that I put my trust in a technician as honest, know what he is doing, be fair and give full disclosure. I will never use this business again.

This place is a RIP OFF do not take your equipment here. Their service is horrible. Their communication with their customers is atrocious. I cannot urge you any more strenuously than this: take your computer for repair anywhere but here. Awful service. Shady business practices. Rip off artist, unprofessional, missing parts, equipment returned with more issues than your equipment had when you dropped it off....and he is untruthful...The shop is a mess, from lobby to work area. Lost parts, screws missing from equipment. Mismatched screws install....Do Not Patronize...Check out complaints with the BBB....
