The staff is always available and addresses problems immediately, contributing to a peaceful and drama-free environment. The laundromat is very clean, with several sizes of washers to choose from and large, clean folding tables. Some frustrations have been noted. The change machine can sometimes malfunction, and there is not always an attendant available to address such issues. Some customers miss the previous policy of breaking large bills without needing to get excessive quarters. A few find the posted last wash times confusing and note that the working bathroom is for employees only. Additionally, a common point of feedback is that the new workers do not speak English, which some customers find challenging. I only put four because they didn't have public bathrooms even if you had to pay to go in them I would have and they didn't have a sink but all in all I said it's a good machines they had credit card payable machines and quarter for the old schoolers I'd come back...
