Willie the manager is a scammer! He preys on older women. He’s constantly calling my mothers phone to get her to come to the store. He had her in his back office for two hours trying to scam her into spending almost $700 on 4 no name perfumes and a facial cream that are donated from Costco. His exact words were all of the old ladies love this stuff and if you don’t buy it someone else will. I became livid and called him on his scammer behavior and my mom left the store. Over the years he has scammed her out of thousands of dollars from no name brand items donated from Costco! If what he was doing is legal, why on earth would he have my mom holdup in a back office with the door closed!

This is a great store! Super clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't shop the clothing from here though, they remove the brand tags from the clothing. I don't understand it. I want to know the quality of the product! Is it a Walmart brand that is going to shrink and stretch once it's washed? Or is it a Lauren which will last till I die? One will never know!

They have lots of furniture, small supply of kids and woman's clothing visited on a Thursday and clothing was a reasonable price.

I visited this place looking for unique old style vases to make a craft with my daughter and I was surprised with all the random items they have. The staff is super friendly and it's clean.

Great place, well laid out and reasonable prices. Not your standard/typical thrift store.

The lights are on, but no one is home. Had some quality house hold items to donate. Carried the box in the "showroom" since it wasn't obvious where to take donations. Man behind the counter: "DONATION CENTER AT THE END OF THE PARKING LOT", no hello, no how are you, no kiss my [_____], looking around at the display area which is quite LARGE I thought I would take a look around to see the kinds of things they have, I place my box on the floor - out of the way. Man behind the counter: "YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THAT BOX THERE", Me: "Is it ok if I leave it here in this spot to walk around the displays" Man behind the counter: ""YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THAT BOX THERE" Me: "Yes sir I understand, I will take it with me, I only want to walk around the display shelves.. Man behind the counter: ""YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THAT BOX THERE" I left to go find the donation receiving spot at the end of the parking lot. The door was open and NO ONE WAS HOME. NO NOTE - "Be back in 5 minutes" then I notice that this area is a sectioned area at the end of the "showroom", The MAN at the front could have said: "oh take your items back there". Not wanting to just leave the box of items there, they headed back to my garage. Phew, never knew donating items could be this contentious or stressful. I mistakenly thought that this would be a good place to donate nice items.

People should donate more to this place. It goes people who actually need it. Highly recommend it.

They accept furniture donations during Covid, and have a huge space for shopping. Willie, the manager is super cool and has a long history of guiding the profits into programs for meals, free dental care and other services. Definitely worth checking out and making the drive to Pittsburg CA. Also, although the listed prices on might seem high, if you show real interest in an item, Willie is more than reasonable about negotiating a price.

The sales are remarkable! Great accessories and furnishings, even vintage and antique items. And the team is so helpful and kind.

I come to this place a lot, my cousin comes here more often than I do. When I come her I always leave with something and most of the things look in great shape.

I find the organization very much oriented to help the less fortunate and are very big hearted & giving people work there. They have free medical and starting a dental clinic to help those in need of medical and dental treatments. The thrift store was nice and clean and ladies working there were helpful. Sometimes when when we have expectations from others that is not meet as we want forces people to write negative reviews which is not true about that company but rather is all about them. This was my 2 sense on the low reviews. Blessing to all

Spoke to a woman on the phone about a pick up to donate some furniture do to a down sizing and she was very opinionated about what they take. Platform bed from Ikea with less than a year used?! Big desk that someone who has a home office could definitely use?! Rudest and most disgusting so called charity ever. Try to do something out of the kindness of your heart with the holidays approaching and then get talked down to and treated like crap. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE IT'S APPRECIATED!!!!

I was not very pleased what I've been seeing in this place! I donated so much and today I've tried donating like a practically brand new couch! I never wanted to donate it but there was simply no room for our new place and no longer wanted a storage. Then some frickin douche bag came out to inspect it, DID NOT EVEN DO A FULL INSPECTION TO CHECK ON THE CONDITION OF MY COUCH, HE STEERED US AWAY BECAUSE HE STATED NO ONE IS WILLING TO BUY MY COUCH! I take it to goodwill couple of blocks down and the lady was like, "oh my god why are you donating this?! This is practically brand new." I almost cried but I told her why and she looked like she wanted to take it shoot. But overall, I even went to this place and saw a table (looked very nice) BUT SELLING IT FOR 400 DOLLARS AND IT WAS USED! For a brand new table for the one I saw, it cost 400 dollars! This place is becoming a corporate greed and cannot say you are a thrift store when you sell things for a full price! Also, make sure to check your employees on what inspection means! Because my couch was the nicest and I felt like he was just a lazy a** to not deal with it! Not donating my nice things here anymore! It's going to Salvation Army and Goodwill!
