“FEB 2024This place never disappoints!! I've been coming here for a while now and I don't know it never occurred to me to leave a review. They always have new stuff and not the same old boring stuff like other shops. The owners have great taste in today's style. The prices are always great and so is the customer service. Thank you popshop 925 for always treating me so kindly and with respect. Thanks again for the free perks I get when I come by and buy a bunch of stuff. Literally best small shop in the east bay .”

“Alright, now this LCS is not the largest one I've been too (it's rather cosy), but it does have a very engaging and friendly staff. On my first visit, I was asked if I needed help looking for anything and to feel free to reach out if I did which was nice. The place is well lit and very clean (which is always a plus, right?) One LCS I visited had the owner in a shirt at least 2 sizes too small eating his lunch and petting his dog behind the counter. The whole place smelled like wet fur and jalapeños. Really? But back to Flying Colors Comics! This place has many, many different ways to satisfy your inner n**** from comics (duh), action figures, posters, games, lunch boxes, you name it. I've read that the owner of this place, Joe, is behind Free Comic Book Day so it all makes sense now. Pay them a visit and you will not walk out empty handed.”

“Our son lost his transition object on christmas eve in Austria. Since Steiff stopped producing the model, i ve combed through the web to find a replacement and luckily this store still had one in stock. Ordering was simple and it saved Christmas and beyond. Thank you so much!”

“First of all, I am grateful that stores like this exist. As other reviewers said it is a bit chaotic in there, but there is a rhyme and reason to how everything is organized. Although the selection is small, they do have every size for both boys and girls and the condition of everything I've seen from clothes, to shoes, toys, gear, and books has always been good to great. I've never left without finding something wonderful. I think the prices are very fair, maybe a dollar or two above thrift stores, sometimes on par with thrift stores. I have both purchased things for my son, and sold baby gear (clothes, swings, a pack n play) that he's outgrown. She is currently only giving store credit, which again I totally understand as I imagine retail is rough right now. A phone number would be helpful as I always want to check before loading up bigger items, but she's always been open during store hours and I have never regretted a trip down. Also it would be great if you could share what you're currently in need of, so regulars could more regularly pop in with new inventory.”

“This is a small place. They have a bigger location. It does have some inventory, but I was not sure if anyone was working. No one ever came out to greet, nor was there a cashier. I was there for quite some time and never saw anyone. It is a small shop, so I figured they were doing other things. The items are limited (no kamen rider or super sentai items). It had plenty of model kits, and the tools actually have notes made by the store to show what the item is good for. Overall, it's a nice small store. It definitely not much compared to their bigger store. If you want model kits and small anime figures, this store has it.”
