Horrible place , the manager is rude and condescending. she’s lazy and bias. She doesn’t let you speak , will begin to talk loudly over you then kick you out when she doesn’t like what you say. I’m so sick of the entire office aside from one guy . Older black dude is cool i’ve seen him there for years other than that everyone else is a rude hot mess .

The worker lied to me that saying that I couldn't fly and only bus or take a boat with a passport card and forced me to get both. She also gave me attitude for my passport picture when there was literally nothing wrong with it.

They hate to do passport walk-ins went in the morning as early as possible and they said they can’t take me yet even though there were no people.

Worst experience with USPS of all time lady refused to elaborate why she couldn't help me ship out a return. Was already expecting trash treatment from USPS but this ain't right.

Mail off my graduation announcement which cost my mom a lot of money plus having buy stamp and I mailed off 2 groups ... one I put in the mailbox in Pittsburg post office parking lot ... the I I mailed a few days later and drop them inside the post office drop box ... one set never got delivery to my family and friends ... my personal graduation announcements and now who take the lost me and my mom or the post office ... nothing is safe can't trust anyone ... just like Christmas 2024 my grandmother sent me and my siblings gift cards threw the mail ($700 worth) and a postal worker open then envelope and took our gift cards and the post office delivered an open envelope with a Christmas card and nothing else ... my grandmother filed an investigation and the post office saw the employee on camera taking the cards and that was it ... postal service didn't care responsibility for the people they hire ...

An appointment for a passport?? When I already filled out the paperwork that expires this month and my picture is ready to go to? Unacceptable. Not to mention how EMPTY the room was like they couldn’t just help me on the spot. Horrible customer service.

Oh my God. Such a horrible experience. I have never been experienced this kind of Staff, they sitting there getting pay from USPS but not helping our citizens.
I have humbly request for USPS please take action against them please please please. If you guys don’t believe me just go there as a customer, and see what they are doing with people. Please USPS

Worst experience. Black lady was so rude and unhelpful! I asked for clarification on a question and she told me to listen up because she was not going to repeat herself! Did not communicate properly and just waived her hand around and snatched paperwork from my hands. Rude, unprofessional, and sort tempered. No customer service.
Also they were joking about other customers in line to each other and talking about how annoyed they were at the long lines.

I’m sure the dumb delivery person who works for this location put my mail in the wrong box TWICE. How do yall say it’s delivered in my mailbox TWICE and I don’t find it anywhere?! Two times in a row!

I have called and called and I am not able to get anyone to pickup. Plus, now this automated voice answers and will not transfer to an agent.

Black lady up front is hella rude she looks like she just rolled out bed with poop in her eyes and her wig messy as heck and dirty. Kept saying she’s tired her co worker had to be reminding her of what to do and I’m just hoping my passport come with no issues or I will be going back to see her. Did not feel comfortable leaving my information with this lady and was hoping the other gentleman helped me and I got stuck with her. Anything you ask she has a snotty response with an attitude. From the reviews I just read she’s been doing this a long time how is she still up here doing that? Put her in the back she is not a good look for this office. She is so disrespectful and mean especially to other folks who don’t really know English she gets extra rude with them. I wanted to check her so bad but since she had all my info I decided to keep it cool I should’ve asked the guy with her to take over but oh well.

I got helped eventually there are 6 or 7 window but only one lady working and other post offices in the area say that this location is the main office
