Matt was very attentive and made sure our questions were answered. He also made sure that we understood all of the details of plan changes and phone upgrades. His customer service was on point, and went above and beyond to give us the best offer on our phones. We would recommend him to any of our friends who are looking to upgrade their phones or services.

ZACHARAYAH PARKER helped me in a few words, he sold me a cell phone that I didn't want, he sold me accessories that I didn't want, he even put the Apple sticker on the iPhone. If you don't want to waste your time and have bad service, it's better that he doesn't help you, apart from that. When I returned the product to him, he didn't send it to Verizon and just left it in his warehouse. The manager of that place realized that everything I returned was lying there and he never saw his work correctly when I went to the store to return it. He all told me that he was the manager and since he was alone in the place I believed him but it turned out that he was not the manager that and many, many things more than that I prefer not to waste any more of my time explaining everything that the bear bad and their bad behavior so try not to be served by ZACHARAYAH PARKER if you want good service

Too big, uninvolved in customer service, impossible automated automated filtering system when I attempt to reach tech support. They just do not care.

Looove the staff here! Came here a few weeks ago to inquire about a new phone and see what options made the most sense for me. Matt was SUPER helpful; explained everything in detail from my bill changes to spec features on my new 15 Pro Max and answered all my detailed questions.He made upgrading my phone and ordering the watch a breeze! Came back today and met with Matt, Daniel, and another lovely colleague whose name I’m soooo irritated that I didn’t catch! Again, setup for my Apple Watch was seamless and at some point all three individuals worked on setting it up while working with customers who had inquiries - talk about teamwork! The hospitality is absolutely amazing and they really will work with you to find something that works for you. I also really appreciated how informative and knowledgeable the staff are here and really appreciate the top tier customer service they provide ! Thanks for all your help guys - if I ever have any questions or issues with my phone or watch I know where I’m stoping by!

My husband set this up and right off the bat I got nervous. Well, when all said and done, it was painless. Daniel was excellent! My husband threw a curveball at him and he went straight at it! After a few minutes Daniel got everything squared away and advised us some things and sent us on our way. Great job Daniel. My fear of losing some stuff slowly faded once we got home and I searched my NEW phone. All present!

Lord where do I start. First of all, contacting and connecting with an actual live person over the phone at Verizon was a major headache. When I finally was able to speak to someone about my unique situation, they said that I needed to go to a Verizon store in person to fix the issue. They then proceeded to give me an appointment for the Pittsburg store. When I went the next day, I arrived at my scheduled time. An employee let me into the store (cause for some reason, they keep their doors locked during business hours) and I walked and waited until someone asked me why I was there. Finally after 10 mins, an employee asked me the reason why I was there. I told them that I had a 9am appointment and as I was about to explain why I was there, the employee the interrupts me and tells me that they don't do appointments, that I will have to wait it until they are ready. I told the employee that I didn't care about the wait as long as they knew why I was there and who I was. The employee proceeds to go back to helping a client. There was 1 other employee but they were also busy helping another customer. Skip to 45 mins later, the 2 employees are still with the same 2 customers. After an hour wait, I decided to leave. What a joke.
