Where to start? The tellers see there is always a line and they choose to just leave the counter and go sit at a desk and do NOTHING !!! Terrible service always! Better off going to a bank outside of this city! Line is always over an hour long!

This location is terrible no matter how long the line is the tellers seem to have casual conversation and the line can be going outside but all they ever have is 2 tellers with 40 people in line I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FIND ANOTHER ONE

This Pittsburg location is so terrible. They don’t deserved 1 star but it won’t let me put 1 star or else I won’t be able to put what I want to say about this location!! I hardly go to a branch but I had to make a cash deposit and I waited 30 minutes just to do that what kind of a customer service is that!! Unbelievable I wanted to close my account so bad but I can’t I been with the bank since 1977

Service here sucks!!! Everytime i go inside for a transaction there's only 2 clerks and the line is all the way to the door this is unacceptable you would think since the branch in Antioch close this one woiould got better service but it's the opposite dont go there!!

Worst WFB location. Even with long lines waiting for teller, there is still no urgency for the staff to open more tellers to speed up the line, and some tellers are really slow moving. WF does not deserve our money.

Friday afternoon and they have one teller open. This is why I bank at chase! Had to run an errand for my mom and it took an hour in line. Had to go to Chase afterwards and walked right up to a teller. There were six of them working get it together Wells Fargo

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. People won't do their job. They rather move like a sloth and when they see the line is long they decide to go on lunch. Laugh and look at the line.

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. Every single time I've came here the wait is long , line is long with only 2 tellers. Nobody greets you or even smiles at you. Currently 16 people in line including myself and only 2 tellers! You see girls in the back hanging out just watching. Very disappointing!

I've had an account for about 15 years. The one in Clayton CA is ? greatAfter visiting the one in Pittsburgh on Railroad ave, i"m thinking about closing my account. This is absolutely the worst. Most times there is only one teller..The manager is awful..

I visited this branch on 04/27/2023 and requested to speak with someone about a wire transfer from my business account. I was told to wait and someone will help me. The banker (Narda S.S) came and didn't even bother saying hi or hello or acknowledging my presence. She literally didn't say anything and sat on her computer and after some awkward silence, she asked about the wire transfer. I handed her a 'Request to wire funds' that provided all the bank information that she will need. Even though, she literally kept making mistakes back to back:1. Entered the wrong address information for the recipient bank--> told her to fix the state2. She fixed the State but left the city wrong --> told her to fix the city3. She fixed the city and then I realized that she put the wrong beneficiary account number (she put my own WF account number) --> told her this is wrong and she asked me: what account shall I put? I was baffled!! How can you be a banker and not know how to do your job? I told her: you put the recipient bank information and not my own! I'm not wiring money back to myself!She finally fixed it and got it done. One thing I would like to point out is that she was not rude and didn't have an attitude. However she was not welcoming - you combine that with incompetence and not doing the job properly, it makes for an unpleasant experience that is not tolerated. The least you can do if you don't know how to do your job properly is acknowledge your customers. I definitely will not go back there if I don't have to.
