I recently took my Honda to Winter Honda for a simple routine oil change, and the experience was really disappointing. What should have been a quick, straightforward visit turned into them suggesting extra repairs that didn’t even make sense. They claimed I “needed new brakes and filters,” even though I had literally just replaced my brakes, tires, and brake pads a few weeks ago.
It felt dishonest and made it clear they weren’t being upfront. Because of this, I’ve lost trust in their service department. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on and definitely won’t be buying my next Honda from here. I’d rather take my car to a more honest dealership or mechanic who actually respects their customers.

My honda hrv needed an oil change so I scheduled the appointment and next morning got it done . Carl the service advisor made the process simple and fast for me . Julio the service mechanic explained the report thoroughly and Billy the tech went above and beyond with the servicing he did on my car . Hight recommend, will be coming back to get my next cars services.

On 10/10/25 I was helped out by Mike. Service was very quick got an oil change and new tires. Then a few days later I got a screw in my tire and was helped out by Sam. I had to have the tire replaced which was done in less than 45 mins so thank you so much. That team is great and respectful never had a bad experience there. The receptionists are also very sweet ladies. Thanks ☺️

My experience with Winter Honda was amazing. Both Sam G and Rezul B helped with the entire process and explained everything I need to know in detail. Everyone around there were welcoming, helpful and thorough in providing necessary details.
