The manager said I had the same package as his grandfather and I had hbo he lied he said that I need new cable box and Modem that would fix my slow internet and my cable box was old then The regional manager got involved and said he would cover the write a work order so when the sevicee guy shows up the modem was a modem was out dated and they charged me $104 to hook up my modem cable box and phone that was all read hooked up So the regional manager lied just like the local manager.Everybody I talk to from xfinity.Seems to be nothing but liars

I made a payment of 100$ the man said he would email my receipt. I never got the message, I tried call the store you can’t so I called xfinity online they said they’d reach out. I got a message saying thank you for payment. Fast forward it’s March they say I owe money and have a balance. No record of my large payment except 9.95 payment. The man had told me they had no change I said can I make a 100$ payment to my account he said of course. That man stole my money and I’m going through hell with xfinity to fix it. I want to go and handle business but I’m gone pray for these thieves. Don’t go there and do not pay cash, make them give you a hand written receipt!! Liars , thief’s !! Count your days with them low ass bad reviews up here !!

Deceptive selling practices. Price I signed up for was not reflected on bill. Did not receive promotional offer as I was told. Go to different location unless you want to get ripped off.

I was told by xfinity to pick up a modem at this location only for the employees to claim they cannot set up internet here. I was referred to a corporate location. What's the point of having a physical xfinity location if they cannot set up internet? Completely useless. Employees were 0 help after waiting 45 minutes.
I came to the Brentwood store and was helped with 0 wait. Don't waste your time with this store.

They have the highest rates and their costomer service is a nightmare to deal with. My mom pased away and I called to report and give them a new bank account for direct pay and have account in my name and remove the tv option. After a long run around and their robot restarting my modem on numerous attempts to talk to a live person, after several days i finally got through to a live person who sent me to one of their stores with the death certificate. About half way through the entire fiascoI ended up loosing the land line phone number my mom had for 30 years. A month or 3 down the road the account was still in her name. When I called back to straighten out the issue the rep sent me a link that kept spinning me in circles as she tried to walk me through the process while treating me like a dumbas. She finally sent me a new link that worked. She wanted me to stay on the call to take a servey so I did and it wasnt a good one.

The store is clean and organized. The young lady that helped me switch my phone service was friendly, professional and helpful with switching. The mobile service isn’t the best but it does sync my watch and phone, which my previous service didn’t so it’s a 4/5 but that’s nothing to do with the service I received while at this location. The service was 5/5 stars

Nay is hands down, the most useless employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She is rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. If you are unlucky enough to work with her, ask to wait for someone else, or just go to a different store.
Most of the employees here were just on their phones, cross-talking, or overall, simply not doing anything constructive.
Edit: the company responded with a template and a link that takes you to a chat BOT so looks like the feedback won’t even be used for coaching. Best advice is to NOT do business with Xfinity. The $10 a month saving bundling Mobile with internet is not worth this level of incompetence and month after month of unresolved issues.

I was charged for a phone and telephone services, when I sign up for Internet. I have a fake bill. Go to t mobile, I've never had a problem with them.

Horrible staff the workers look bored they don’t wanna be there and help you compared to the concord and Brentwood location the manager hears problems going on and doesn’t even care to act like a manager I will rather drive extra 9 miles then coming here again 3rd time I come here and everybody is unprofessional

The worse company ever. Their staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. Just in the month of May I had to visit the store 7 times!! Comcast should've stuck to cable and tv.
