In my 30+ years of existence, this is one of the worst in-person customer service experiences I've ever had here at this Xfinity store. Please be cautious. I came to this store with the sole purpose of increasing my internet speed. Instead of simply helping me find a plan to increase my internet speed, the sales representative named taylor pretty much persistently pushed this phone onto me with lies she told despite me not wanting or needing it. She insisted that I accept this Motorola phone and stated that not only would it be free, but it would also lower my internet bill and add no additional fees or costs for me. I asked her multiple times in the store if this were actually true, because it made no sense that a phone would not only be free, but would also lower your internet bill without any strings attached. She stated several times that me accepting the phone would not add any charges to my account and had no strings attached, and would only affect my account by adding discounts (an internet discount and a free phone to use). I accepted the phone, but not only did the discount she spoke of never appear or go into effect, but the phone began to charge me a monthly fee. My bill began to be $80 to $120 more than what she told me it would be.When I attempted to contact her through text messages to her work phone, she changed what she said multiple times, and eventually she stopped replying. I then went in the store to attempt to resolve the issue in person. There was no manager present, but while I was explaining to another employee how I was given the wrong information from the store rep taylor, she began to comment from the side and gave attitude. I responded by telling her that she lied to me, and therefore I have nothing to discuss with her. She responded by verbally rudely telling me to leave the store while saying that she would turn off my internet services right then and there to try and scare me into leaving the store quicker (even though I had just paid the bill for it without the discounted price she promised).The next day I went into the store again to attempt to resolve the issue when a manager was present. Immediately when I began talking to the manager adeline, she stated, "Oh, you were the rude/disrespectful one from yesterday," indicating that she already heard about the interactions that took place the day before. Immediately I thought not only how unprofessional that was, but after a bit of dialogue, I then began to see that she enables the unprofessional customer support of her employees. She did nothing to fix the issues that arose from her employee lying.I highly advise against going to this Xfinity store. Not only do they not resolve the issues you attempt to have resolved, they cause additional issues that are very difficult to fix. Now I'm currently stuck with a phone that I didn't want/need (that isn't actually free or paid off, as there is still a balance for the device itself) and additional recurring charges on the bill (because of the phone) that I wasn't initially told about (but instead was told it'd be free with no charges).I have been a customer of Xfinity for several years, and this experience with this store has caused me to consider and seek internet services with another company.

I didn't think it could get any worse then my past experiences with other stores. Xfinity did it again this is hands down the worst store overall rude employees who lack the knowledge of what there attempting to sell I knew more about the service there very fast to push you to the call center or another store I could have did those thing on my own thanks for nothing I'd rather not have a store near if the employees aren't being properly trained for the positions troubleshooting of the website was more helpful and that's sad to say but I'm just being honest

It’s unfortunate that I have had really good experiences with Xfinity in the past but this place is definitely not one. They are in the store talking to each other loudly while customers are in store as well as the manager. She in store laughing and joking with them as if this is a hang out spot for them. I couldn’t be any more disappointed with the professionalism that is carried through this establishment. Comcast/ Xfinity you need to figure something out. People will not go these stores with this level of customer service. These people have no care for customers. They seem understaffed as well as untrained. I wish I could say good things about this place but each time I go it gets worse. Especially the manager. Wouldn’t want my worst enemy to get serviced by these folks. Would put the blame on the team they have but it all falls down on who’s in charge.

I totally agree with the comment .. Anyone who has put in a good review here is a family member or an employee. Worst customer service and they prove it every time . Or they buy your “review” with credit towards your account(certain individuals) the manager is super rude . The only person who helps with patience & sincerity is the red head fellow … I’ve made payments cash in the store . Followed with no payment confirmation. It didn’t show on my account . Followed with them not seeing it in their system in the store also with credit due of 150$ being promised by the manager and then her saying that it went towards my “Unreturned Equipment” that was actually returned and another employee vouched for .thank god that there was people with honesty there that vouched for my undocumented activities…. My whole experience with Xfinity is a headache now …

I came into the store for various reasons over the past week and a half. Each time, the staff greeted me with a smile and hello. I did have the pleasure of being assisted by Ezzele, who, in my opinion, is an awesome employee. 2 of the 3 times I went in it was bc I was having an issue. His light heartednrss, good customer service skills, and personality had a way of creating laughter. I even ended up purchasing a new phone, which he invited me back to help with when it arrived in the mail. I just want to acknowledge this young man and his unique customer service bc its a rare breed. Xfinity, give him a promotion!!!

The best service I’ve ever had with Xfinity! Super friendly and gave us every detail about what we needed! Isaiah, the asst manager helped us get the sweetest rates! We’re satisfied about our whole experience and would recommend to everyone!

Went to this store and had the best experience. Morgan (don't know last name) helped me and gave me a new modem. She also told me how to install it and gave me written directions. The best part she said, if you have any questions I could call her. WOW! Best customer service ever. Wish I could give even more stars.

Thank goodness there is a beautiful new store closer to me. No more driving all the way to Brentwood or Concord.
