Pixley Food Center is a small rural grocery store that offers a wide variety of items. The butcher department is great with very good sales prices. Workers provide good service and are friendly. The store sells money orders, over‑the‑counter medications, and sometimes hot food like chicken. It is clean and has a decent meat selection that is not too pricey, though some items can be expensive. Popular foods include queso fresco cremoso, caldo de res, chicharrón, and El Yucateco chile habanero. Customers recommend it for everything they need.
Great butcher department with really great sales prices. Fill in manager was super helpful when my card wasn't working he went above and beyond to make it right, even though it was 100% my issue not the stores.
