They really don't care if you are a business customer. There is a special line for biz customers but make you wait there until personal customers are seen. May as well wait in regular line. They do not care if you are a business customer.

I've been going to this branch for 22 years now. I really like the gentleman who works there and the staff is fairly polite but Despite of hundreds of requests there is always a long long line. Many times I've been in line for more than an hour. Does the management even care. It feels like a monopolistic Attitude where they are so big that they don't care. There are sometimes old ppl in line for an hour and I've let ppl go in front of me so many times. Honestly it feels like they just don't value their customers time

HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE !!! Don't waste your time coming here .. I don't bank with them but because I have EDD I need to use this bank to withdrawal funds. They made me feel like I was not important. I had to be identified in person to report my edd card lost which I get and i don't mind. So I went in waited to be called into one of there offices. Finally a young man Rafael called me in he's very professional and was doing his job right. So he had to call a special phone number and left me speaking with another rep on the phone. As I'm speaking with the rep on the phone one of Rafael upper management comes by the door and pulls him out. So I stayed only still speaking with rep .. We finally ended the call. 15 min past and I'm still waiting for Rafael. No one came to check up on me. So I couldn't wait any longer I got up and went to see if I was able to take out my money and guess who I see as a teller ? Rafael the person who was helping me. Like I mentioned I don't blame Rafael but I do blame his upper management who pulled him away from me to attend others. I know they were prob short staff but still someone should of followed up and not just left me there !! Bad service !!!

So we walk in to do 'banking' inside the bank, a rare thing to do but still. There is only on other patron who is at the one window that is open, with one teller at the window. Behind the windows were 4 or 5 other employees all in suits and looking all professional (like care sales guys) but not doing anything. Everyone just stands around. One comes out the door from the teller windows and says hello, asks us what we need and once told, simply walks away, "They'll help you!" he said before joining his coworker in the middle of the passage way (the bank is a hall and offices mostly now). Together the regal each other in stories, the guys behind the counter watch the one teller working struggle with the only other customer and nothing gets done. Basically, a lot of guys in suits and only one of them doing anything (apparently badly), while the rest just goofed off. Anyway, it is apparent that no one gives a darn about us, so eventually we walk out in frustration. The guy who did speak with us looks up as we go by, breaking his happy play with his work buddy, and I tell him. " It really looks bad for you two to be goofing off out here in plain sight of customers who need you to work." He giggled like I was being an idiot and went back to telling stories and laughing with his buddy. "You realize we are customers that are walking out, right?" He smiled and then went back to ignoring me. Employee of the year material there! Bank of America is bad enough without this branch being this bad. I have not gone inside for years and had no idea they had gotten this two star bad . . . so I will give them one, just to be clear that folks should never, ever use this branch.

Great facility. Super friendly and helpful staff. Tried going to another location, it was understaffed, and the air time was unreal

i guess theres no need to wonder why this location has only 2 stars. slow staff. one very slow teller who failed to acknowledge next in line for an extended time before he lifted his head. no acknowledgement of customers for extended wait. been "next in line" for over 10 minutes and actually had time to write this while continuing to wait. counting at least 7 employees who walked by, who im sure were too busy to assist with the now 10+ people in line while i continue with this review. nice remodel. maybe remodel attitudes for employees to match.

Friendly Teller staff and love the new remodel, unfortunately it's the same slow floor people. The line is always long and the floor help is pretty pathetic. They randomly check in to help relieve line pressure but then disappear either in the back or just standing around not helping. I go in all the time and see the same thing over and over. If that person is truly busy on the floor then hire another. This would free up the line with simple deposit request or other things that could help the teller focus on. Have a sense of urgency and customer service and do what you were hired to do. Take pressure off the line and stop being lazy.

THE WORST. Been here 3 times already and every time The wait is 30 min and only 1 teller when there's 3 available to be behind the window. The second teller right when it was my turn said "just one sec" and never came back . Also The poor old people behind me :( felt bad so I rushed. find yourself another bank.

This is one of the worst BofA branches. The line is out to the door and they have only two tellers working on a Friday afternoon. This is a daily issue. They should have saved the remodeling money and invested in having the branch properly staffed. They also eliminated the business window, not geared for small business owners unless you have lots extra time to spare to wait in long lines.

Had no choice but to go to the bank and it was under construction they had 2 tellers at the end of the building and the line went to the door. Waited forever to get to a teller. I stop the manager and ask him what's going on. Typical BS oh it's Monday and we are short handed at noon. To top it off they changed the fee rules without telling me and gave me a whopping .03 cents interest on my Money-market account that they had since 1985 and charged me 12 service fee. Canceled that account and moving money out of checking And will be closing that one soon. Bye BofA

This is the worst BofA branch that I have ever been to!!! I've been going to this branch for over 3 years because this is the closest one around me but i dread going in to this branch cuz they are soooooooo damn slow!!!! The last time i was there, before COVID, there were 3 people in front of me and it took me 30 min to get out of that place with 2 tellers working!! They are always so slow and they only have 2 tellers working at a time with bunch of other ppl just standing around doing nothing... not sure what they are getting paid to do.. I get that they have to build rapports with their customers but come on!!! I've been frustrated with them so many times so i wrote my yelp reviews but I never posted before but today, it topped it and i had to post this time!! They are currently under constructions so the front half was closed and all of their tellers were working from the back half of the building so the line was longer. When i got there, there was a line outside the building, which i was fine with at first with all these social distance policy placed in. There were 3 people in front of me (outside line) and It took 15 min for me to get into the building. As soon as i entered the building, i was kind of shocked to see so many ppl lined up inside. There were more than 10 ppl lined up inside with 3 tellers working. I stood in the line for another 30 min to get to the teller and by then, i was frustrated because i had to go back to work by 11:30 and i seriously thought that 30 min would've been enough to be in and out. Usually when i go to different branch, you could get in and out with 7-10 ppl in line within 30 min tops but this branch never fails!!!!! So damn slow!!! And realized the tellers at this branch will always ask you to enroll into something, home loan, re-fi, auto loans, credit card offers, etc!! I've had other branches do that only if they are not too busy or they'll make it quick but maybe this branch is slower because they do that to everyone regardless. A couple in front of me, a teller was offering them to enroll in some kind of benefit package and the wife was annoyed and told the teller they don't have the time and that they'll come back and that teller kept telling them that she'll help them make an appt with a specialist and that it wouldn't take that much of their time, the wife was annoyed and said they would come back and she turned around and shook her head looking at ppl behind her. When i got to the same teller, as soon as i gave her my cash deposit, she said that she realized i only had travel credit card that i should apply for a cash back credit card. I told her i've been in line for over 45 min so i don't have time and she kept on saying it won't take much time that she'll set up an appt with a specialist. I turned it down twice and told her i have to go back to work and then she asked me if i had an app so she could help me apply for it. And i really got annoyed and told her i had been waiting 45 min so i don't have the time and she finally gave me my deposit receipt!! If you have 20+ ppl lined up waiting to be served, this isn't the right time to sell your customers non-essential stuff!!!

I usually do not go to this BofA but I was in the area running errands and stopped by the ATM quickly. To my surprise the ATM dispenses bills to your liking! Usually the ATM dispenses bills of one amount and it was a pleasant surprise. I've been inside this BofA a few times and the service is standard. Nothing special. The extra star is for their ATM bill option. Also, they have a drive-thru ATM which is convenient.

Paula and Itzel put a cap on my cash withdrawal saying they didn't know me when I have been here before. Went outside afterwards to use the ATM and the machine ate my card. Paula the manager said she would go get my card then came back and said she didn't have access to that specific machine. Not friendly at all no sorry just rude and I am 7 mos pregnant. Horrible customer service.

Eh. Review is mainly for the whole of BOA, not just this particular branch. I am not a fan of Bank of America. Never have, never will be. I was happy to survive in not needing to have any kind of account with them for the time I've been alive. Unfortunately, I finally had to buckle down and replace my car. Got a used car, but my regular bank wasn't open by the time I decided on the car. The car dealership did the financing for me and picked Bank of America. Ugh. Overall, easy enough to pay for your monthly car loans. It's when you want to apply funds directly to the principal that you cannot do it online. Or, for whatever damn reason, I'm not able to, and I found out that perhaps only certain account holders have that option on their online account; even long-time BOA customers cannot tell me why they do or do not have that option on their accounts. Regardless, I called their main line and was told to go to a branch. And, when I talked to the staff here, they confirmed that they can apply funds directly to the principal (but couldn't tell me why that option is not on their website). So, now I have to come to BOA in-person to essentially give them money when I could have been more conveniently at home and process these type of transactions with other loan processors. Get to the 21st century please, BOA. The staff here have been good. The first few experiences where I actually talked to the staff to figure things out were as helpful as they could be, but were, of course, absolutely going to need to give me unpleasant news. Not their fault that they work for an incompetent company (honestly, I've been there and done that). One visit did have me a little concerned when I told them it was an auto loan and the payment was for the principal only (and it's even written on the check exactly how they've told me I need to write it out). They somehow still processed it as a car payment. I was able to catch it before I left the window, but it meant watching my car loan account for the next few days to make sure that the principal went down, and that extra money were not being taken out of my other bank. Fun times. And, yes, I've tried to move my auto loan to a different bank, but other banks don't want the trouble of such a "small" loan, since it's a small interest for them. So, I still have to go to this bank. But, you can bet that I'm trying to pay off my loan ASAP so that I can stop needing to go here.
