When we first checked in we had a guest with us witch the front desk lady called to the room not even 5 minutes after being in the room, saying that we needed to pay to get a bigger room for 4 people in a king size room, witch 2 of them were just visitors that came to visit us a few hours. That night we had noticed a gap in the door big enough to fit your fingers through, as if the door has been kicked in and they did not care to fit it. We didn’t fill safe and secure at night and didn’t fill safe leaving all of our belongings in the room. The door was horrible and could easily been opened. When we told the front desk lady about the door all she could say was “sorry” she did not even bother to charge rooms or do anything of that nature. The elevator was also down for maintenance. Would definitely not say here again!

We REALLY liked this hotel, except for the furniture. I'll come back to that.
The location was great. It was 15 minutes from the parking lot to the Disneyland parking lot. It was also near stores and gas stations, and in a pretty nice neighborhood. The parking lot had a high wall, cameras, and a very long driveway, not a great target for parking lot burglaries.
The lobby was well appointed and breakfast was good. There was the regular waffle iron set up but also several juice choices, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and hot cases with biscuits and gravy, ingredients for breakfast sandwiches, sausage, and corned beef hash on two of the five days. The tables were clean and the dining room was nice.
Now back to the furniture in our room. (111) We booked a double queen. The beds were the smallest queen sized beds we've ever seen. Not only that but they were super soft, springy and TALL, like you had to jump to get up on them. There was a single night stand for the two beds, and the only chair was a desk chair. There was no arm chair, and no ottoman. It was very strange. We asked at the front desk and were told that they would ask maintenance, but nothing ever happened.
Housekeeping was GREAT. It was every day and they did a great job. The room was clean as new every single day, and the beds were so well made the room looked like a magazine.

Good location. Very friendly staff, a little under staffed at the check in counter. Decent complimentary breakfast. Pool and hot tub. Rooms have generous space and are very well kept...plus complimentary self serve Starbucks late coffee maker in the loby. Good experience and reasonable price.

The employees were super nice and had great customer service. I did wish that we were told the doors locked at 10 when we checked in. Luckily one of the employees opened the doors for us quickly after we got back late.
The breakfast was also nice with sausage, eggs, gravy, tons of bread, waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. I do wish we didn't need to bring down meal tickets, it's just an annoying thing to remember in the morning. With that being said, if only some rooms get breakfast then it makes a bit more sense.
The room was decent. Nothing too terribly nice, but would normally do. The issue though is that the bed was ROCK hard. I prefer a firm bed and sleep on one at home, the bed at this hotel felt like a piece of plywood. There was no give and it made it extremely hard to sleep. Unfortunately, the pillows didn't help. The pillows were half filled with hard foam. This means you'd have to move the foam in the pillow around to get any support, but then the pile you'd make was rock hard. We ended up running to a store to get pillows because of how uncomfortable these were.
I've seen others complaining about noise. We only heard when the doors slammed, but we were on the top floor in an end room so take that as you will.
Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel for the price point, especially if you're going to Disneyland. They need to change out their beds and pillows though.
Rooms: Oldish room, but useable. The beds and pillows were awful and incredibly hard.
Walkability: This area felt pretty sketchy and with it being right next to the freeway, I wouldn't want to walk around here.

Very loud hotel. Thin walls everything echos. Further the check in rules are very strict. I drove all night rolled in exhausted at 8am and offered to pay whatever rate they suggested so that I could get some wrest. They turned me down until noon. I’m make runs down here all the time. I won’t be staying ever again.

I recently made a reservation through a 3rd-party website, requesting an early check-in at 11am. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that early check-in would cost an additional $25 per hour, which added up to $100 for my desired time. Given the extra expense, I decided to pass and went to a nearby Denny's to pass the time.
When I finally entered my room, I was disappointed to find that there was no microwave available. I promptly called the front desk to inquire about this discrepancy, as the reservation clearly stated that the room would have a microwave. Their response was that only certain rooms were equipped with microwaves, and this was due to the misleading information provided by the 3rd-party website I used. It's disheartening that the hotel management seems aware of these false advertisements but hasn't taken any action to rectify the situation.
While the room itself was satisfactory, the view didn't live up to the expectations set by the photos. Additionally, be prepared to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as extracting them from the inconvenient wall-mounted containers can be quite a hassle, as shown in the provided video. The complimentary breakfast offered the same options every day, including scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, pancakes, coffee, and juice.
I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, which it delivered on. However, the overall experience was marred by the issues with the reservation, lack of advertised amenities, and the hotel's inaction regarding false advertising on 3rd-party websites."

Fantastic hotel, and we'll absolutely stay there again when in town! We stayed for 4 days, and the staff were super friendly the entire time. No issues with our rooms, parking, staff, or breakfast (which was also phenomenal!). Easy access to and from the highway (though current repaving efforts on the main road make it a bit weird at first), and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. 10/10!
Safety: Tucked away behind a Denny's, with high walls on all sides, so we never felt in danger or at risk in any capacity.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was great! They give a voucher to use every morning, and the breakfast is always well stocked with all sorts of food. Its very easy to skip lunch when you've got biscuits & gravy, eggs, waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches (DIY) and various juices to fill you up!

Google maps is horrible at finding this hotel, especially when driving from out of state. We stayed here around Christmas time. The staff was amazing. As soon as I walked in, they welcomed and checked me in. The best part, they honored the request i noted. They showed me on the map and also explained where my room was, gave me a water bottle, and thanked me for being a memeber. I have never had this experience staying at any Best Western for years in different states. The room and bathroom were huge and a bit outdated, but it worked out.
Even with all the foot traffic passing by, we were still able to sleep in. This is going to be our new location to stay when we go to Disneyland or stay in Anaheim for work events
Rooms: Spacious, little outdated, but still a great room. The queen beds were comfy and fit 2 plus-size members comfortably.
Nearby activities: Denny was in the same parking lot, so it saved time and money to walk there.
Noteworthy details: The staff was great and the lobby was beautiful. I believe they have a fancy coffee machine. I was too intimidated to try and make a coffee.

Highly recommended, we loved it. We stay with our little girls during our vacation and it was great. The rooms were clean and our room was made every day that we were there. Breakfast had a variety enough for everyone’s taste, it was warm and delicious. The ambience was quiet and family friendly

I stayed here for 5 nights because it's close to angel stadium where the natural foods expo has parking and shuttles you to the convention center. Things I liked: the free breakfast has soy milk, almond milk, raw sugar, and fresh fruit the rooms have Pharmacopia toiletries, which are vegan and cruelty free the staff are friendly the beds are comfy the water pressure in the shower is good housecleaning made our toilet paper into a bow shape!!! Things I didn't like: ants in the shower housekeeping never restocked coffee or washcloths
