I stayed here for 5 nights because it's close to angel stadium where the natural foods expo has parking and shuttles you to the convention center. Things I liked: the free breakfast has soy milk, almond milk, raw sugar, and fresh fruit the rooms have Pharmacopia toiletries, which are vegan and cruelty free the staff are friendly the beds are comfy the water pressure in the shower is good housecleaning made our toilet paper into a bow shape!!! Things I didn't like: ants in the shower housekeeping never restocked coffee or washcloths

I thought this was a perfectly fine motel and well worth the money. The place is recessed back off the street in back of a Denny's which does face the traffic on the street. It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood, and so having it recessed back from the traffic going by on the street makes it even more peaceful. The place was neat and clean and well taken care of. There is ample free parking and the lot is very well illuminated at night. Of course, it's not exactly a Ritz Carlton. so in all fairness you need to consider the price you paid for your room when comparing it to other places. The rates here seemed to be lower than elsewhere in the surrounding area, so I'm not complaining.

It was adequate, but certainly not my favorite Best Western.1--We arrived early and didn't expect to check in early but hoped to store our luggage so we could do something but they don't store luggage.2--The bedroom had a very strong air freshener smell and the bathroom was even stronger! It gave us both headaches from the fragrance. We were able to "sniff" another room and it was just as bad so we had to open the windows and turn on the bathroom fan to air it out.3--The beds are strangely firm.4--We were assigned an accessible room and there is no vanity on which to put stuff, which makes it challenging to remove contacts, brush your teeth, etc.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon trip to Disneyland and would absolutely come back again! Hotel was clean, service was pleasant and breakfast was exceptional!! The whole hotel has a very upscale feel to it and we felt both safe and a little fancy visiting without having to pay an arm and a leg.Rooms: Clean and simple.Nearby activities: Close enough to Disneyland without the terrible upcharge.Noteworthy details: Breakfast was on point!

This has become our go-to hotel for Disneyland. Every single staff member has been absolutely wonderful. It is an easy drive to the park (about 12 minutes) and has a 24 hour Denny's located right next door which was a major bonus. Parking is free and located at the front of hotel so there are no bad parking spots and I felt safe walking to my car at all hours. The complimentary breakfast contributes a ton to the stay as it is full of many options with an incredible staff overseeing it. The rooms are clean, some are still a little outdated but they're modernizing them room by room. We had asked about this because the room we got on our last stay was old-fashioned, and the front desk staff member made sure we got a room to our liking. We loved the room we received cause it had an archway and a "kitchen" counter that made it feel more like a mini suite rather than a basic room. On top of that, the cleaning service everyday was great, and one of the maids even folded my blanket that I brought from home ?.I will say that is nearly impossible to get anything out of the shower dispensers so I highly reccomend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash. They do supply plenty bars of soap so you're good there. We have fallen in love with this location and feel so relieved to have found a hotel we can rely on for all of our Disney trips. Also shout out to Tristan at the front desk, he went above and beyond for us and seemed genuinely excited to see us everytime we returned from our daily adventures, looking forward to seeing him on our next stay! Highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: Clean! Decor in some rooms feel outdated but they're getting modernized room by room. Front staff is happy to accommodate to your liking and give you a more modern room if they have availability.Safety: Security guard at night. Parking lot is well lit and is all located at front of hotel so it felt safe. I'm female and felt perfectly comfortable walking alone to my car at 3am. We could also see the whole lot from our room window, so if one of us had to run out to the car at night we could watch from the room to make sure they were okay.

This hotel is misleading it's not in Anaheim it's in placentia & just saying if you are a person of color don't go there they will make you feel uncomfortable the house keeping will lie saying the smelt smoke when my Gucci spray is a tad bit strong this hotel I will never go back there.

Best Western Minus. Hotel Hell. Stay away. On January 11, 2024 at 8pm, I encountered a rude front desk lady. I specifically requested a quiet room, but she assigned me a room in front of the lobby which was loud, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, the room was connected to another room with noisy neighbors. This disrupted my sleep, as I woke up at 4:30am. This experience was overall terrible, with the main culprit being the disrespectful and untruthful front desk lady. They should compensate me for my stay. All I wanted was a quiet room.

Just did another stay at this location. It's so refreshing to get great customer service in this day and age. Specifically Justin at front desk is a gem. He is professional Polite and kind. Wish more of the young generation could be this courteous. Sincerely MR

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel we felt the good vibes of this place, the treatment of all the employees was excellent, always treated us with a smile.?The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy, we fully rested in a king size bed?❤️. I can't not tell you about the breakfast that is included with the stay, a very, very complete breakfast, from scrambled eggs, omelettes, fruit, oatmeal, yogurth, waffles, coffee, juices... there is everything!I just have to thank and congratulate the entire team?? thanks for everything. obviously we will return and recommend this hotel.

Toiletries dispensers are no good. So very, very little coming out of the liquid. Room is nice but there is smell, I dont know how to explain. AC needs maintenance/ routine.

Hotel is in good condition, with nice grounds. The pool isn't large but it wasn't crowded during our visit. The staff and breakfast servers are very nice. The beds were more firm than what we prefer. Parking lot was very well lit and there's security at night.

Pros: - Free breakfast - Free parking - 24hr Denny's right next to it - Budget friendly - Good security - Doors lock @ 10pm and only guests with key cards will be able to enter Cons: - a bit dirty, old - Inadequate gym Visit summary: Last month I stayed here for a week for my annual Disneyland trip. I booked thru Getaway Today at a nice price. First time staying here and it wasn't bad. But I'm a pretty quiet visitor I don't need much. I don't use housekeeping cause I don't need it. The longest I stay in the room is at night to sleep. I'm out most of the day. I don't even use the sheets on the bed. I BYOB. Bring your own blanket. You do have to keep it mind that this is a 2 star hotel when you visit. I appreciated how active the security guard was. Every night when I would return to the hotel he would be doing his rounds. Also, the parking lot is decent size. It's not so huge so the security has a good view of all the cars if that's something you're worried about. The only complaint I have is I wish they could update their gym. The Peloton is nice, but please invest in a Bowflex. I lift weights more than cardio and I couldn't really get a good workout in while I was there. Other than that everything was fine. Would I recommend? Yes, if you're low maintenance like me.

I've stayed here before, no problems previously. This time however was a bad experience for me. First, I found the bathroom floor covered with lots of other people's hair, from long hair to short hair. Clearly my floors were not cleaned. I asked the front desk to fix this, and they promptly sent housekeeping to clean the floors, which I appreciated. I came back to my room and found that the floors had been swept in the middle, however, most, if not all, of the hair on the floor was simply swept into the corner of the room (basically like brushing it under the rug). How disgusting is that? They had to send housekeeping a second time to clean up the same hair that was littering my bathroom floor the day that I checked in. Second, my other bad experience, was that I was roomed right next door to a screaming baby who screamed from around 2am to around 4 to 5am, both nights, and therefore I got very little sleep. The walls must be pretty thin due to how loud the screaming was in my room. Overall, I would recommend steering clear of this particular Best Western if you prefer not to have other people's hair all over your bathroom floors when you check in.Rooms: They don't always clean the rooms before new guests arrive. My bathroom was littered with other people's hair, it was all over the place. Asked them to clean it, housekeeping came in and swept it all up into the corner of the bathroom floor, instead of actually removing the hair. Horrible housekeeping service.
