Customer service is horrible. In. Be careful with getting/having a membership. They are non-responsive especially via telephone when it comes to cancelling. No one ever answers the company phone or returns voice messages. I made attempts to cancel membership but of course they don’t want to acknowledge me.

Leon is the best oh my God I have monthly service with his car wash and he really takes care of me. They go over and beyond and I am so grateful for a great car wash like this.

Quick n easy. When they first opened it was $5. Then 6, 7 now $8. Still pretty cheap. Air nozzles are not as powerful as they used to be.

Stopped by to get an express carwash last week and the machine actually damaged my rocker panels of my Nissan Rogue. Spoke with one of the employees, Josh and he took pictures and gave me the managers information Leon and said that he was going to contact me with in 48 hours. It’s been almost a week and I’ve tried to call multiple times and left VM, I’ve also sent messages and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed to know that absolutely no one has had the curtesy to call me to discuss the issue over the phone, or apologize for the incident or at least discuss if they will even consider to fix my car which I believe they should do since they are responsible for what happened.I should have never stopped at this location to get my car washed, however, it never crossed my mind that this could happen to me. I would just warn everyone to be very careful when you use this express carwash so you don’t have to go through what I’m going through right now.

Overall experience was just OK.Did not clean inside at all .Also they did not honor my digital coupon .

Decent place until you move away. They have been charging me for the last 9 months without me going. They will not answer the phone or call me back. Beware!

Place is cool. Been going to them since they opened. Washes your car good, Prices are good, vacuums work very good, employees are nice, curious and helpful.
