“I was assigned Fix Auto by my insurance company, so I didn't know what to expect for quality or service, but was quite pleased in every respect. Staff (especially Coreen) was friendly and helpful in guiding me through the different steps needed to get the repairs done, which were accomplished on schedule and beautifully done. I am very pleased with the entire experience!”

“On the day I picked up the rental car, Steven was very busy, and the waiting area was crowded with appointments and walk-ins. So although it took some time to get my rental, I had plenty of time to watch him work the Front Desk. He was polite, kind, professional, friendly, attentive to each individual customer, knowledgeable, a great multi-tasker, and above all of the loads of people flowing in and out of the Enterprise office that morning who needed something from him, he had loads of patience and had an even tone in his voice as he spoke to everyone he provided his services to.
There were many other Enterprise staff supporting this process (both at pick-up and return) who were efficient, kind, and professional, and ALL worked well together as a team. But Steven really stood out to me. I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Walnut office, and would definitely recommend this office.”

“Everything went perfectly and I had no issues with the process though I am SO HAPPY that I followed my first mind and took a video of the car before I drove off of their lot. They were about to charge me for damage that was already there and the sad part is that had I not pulled it up on my phone I wouldn’t have been able to prove that it was there when I rented it. Idk if they knew that was there (the light was already damaged but they tried to say that I caused that scratch to the side of it which clearly was done by whoever broke the light) ..
Overall we are all human and things get accidentally looked over so always make sure that you video the car before you drive off”

“This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . I've been able to travel to Disneyland , San Diego , Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I can't thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for it's speedy service .”

“Hue is greater communicator, vehicles weren’t ready at the time I scheduled pick up, coming out of the weekend. Thank God for Uber. Anyhow, hue called me and kept me informed of the approx. time car would be ready. Now given the time I had to pick up The rental versus them suggesting to come get me knocks down the star especially since vehicles weren’t available at time of rental appointment, and also this location is very hot inside and when it gets busy, it gets busy, There were five renters including myself limited seating Two reps No additional rep to clean the cars so they had to do it all themselves. They will for
sure hook you up and do everything possible to get you out in a car fast and care about your safety and comfortability.
