Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. “AMAZING TEAM!! Let me start by recognizing Luis in getting to my vehicle quickly and giving me details on add On’s/sales. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. He was able to assist me with exchanging it for a higher vehicle for me and he took that extra initiative to ensure I was happy. I needed it for an extra day which the customer service agent was not helpful but when I spoke to another Luis he took care of me. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this amazing team. But after a couple of days we needed a more appropriate vehicle for our needs and they were able to swap us out with minimal hassle. Return was also easy. Location is small but clean and so are the vehicles. This is my go-to location should I need another rental.”
