“This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . I've been able to travel to Disneyland , San Diego , Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I can't thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for it's speedy service .”
“We had a great experience! We flew to San Diego, rented a car for a day for $88 and drove it to see Balboa Park and then family nearby. Then, we drove to LA and stayed at the Hilton Anaheim hotel near Disney. This location is like a block away from Disney and the Hilton Anaheim hotel. I filled up the gas tank and returned the car. I can’t imagine what the Uber cost would have been for the 3 rides: San Diego Airport to Balboa Park, Balboa Park to Suburbs, Suburbs to LA/Anaheim. All for $88 (plus gas).”

“We had an excellent experience with the team at Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and ready on time. They explained everything clearly and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The location in the Pixar Hotel was super convenient for our family trip. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Disneyland or the Anaheim area.”
“This place lacks the snazz and pizzazz one normally finds at your average Enterprise Rent-A-Car. What they lack in inventory and creature comforts for waiting guests is partially made up by their attentiveness to customers, and the fact that they actually have rental cars in a place one might think is an abandoned business. They aren't flashy, but they get down to the nuts and bolts of renting cars without any issue. Don't be fooled by its incredibly bizarre location. This rental agency is legit.”
“I always have a great experience with budget Rent-A-Car. If I’m late returning the car, I can request a couple more days. I did have an experience with an all electric car that I was not too fond of it took 4 to 5 hours to charge and it was an Audi, six EV. But I did like the comfortable drive of it. I just did not have time to keep charging it to the maximum and even after five hours it still was not at 100% charge.”
“Easy pick-up and return. The online hours were weird on Google so we ended up missing the return hours and had to return the next morning. The guy at the front made it easy and no problem.”

“I've rented at least 4 different cars here over the last 2 years and never had any issues. In fact, the last time was on Zero notice (just walked in) and they made it happen nice and quick! ? The only reason I removed a star is because Avis & Budget only take credit card and I prefer to pay cash or Debit. So, that is one thing that I do not like, but I understand it's a franchisor policy that the franchisee evidently has no other choice but to abide by. (*Hopefully the franchiSOR will see this review and consider an alternative )

“I’m posting a review to help others who were confused about this Hertz. This Hertz location is not a full service location, but rather convenience site for guests of the Marriott.
If you have Gold or President’s Circle status, the Hertz team will bring you a car and leave the key with the Anaheim Marriott valet. I had an incredible experience and it was very easy.
The staff at the hotel didn’t really know how the Hertz situation worked, although their manager was incredibly nice and tried his best. It’s best to ask Hertz directly instead of the hotel staff for any questions related to your rental.
Hertz texted me before my reservation to confirm and informed me they could only bring the car to me if I was a Gold or President’s Circle member, otherwise I would have to go a nearby location to pick up the car. Fortunately I was covered, so this review is specifically for that experience.
When you go to the valet at Anaheim Marriott, they will ask for your ID to confirm it’s a match for the rental car reservation, then they will bring you your car.
I dropped off the car at a different location, so I can’t speak about the drop off experience. But if you are a Gold or President’s Circle status with Hertz, then this location at the Marriott was smooth and easy.”
