These people don't even deserve a one star. Worst customer service ever. Rude, obnoxious, entitled to treat me like My business was not good enough to bank with them. Disgusted by the service I received, Russell had no clue on how to answer my questions yet he continued to make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about and made me feel like I'm stupid and continued to tell me to go back to whoever sent me. As a business owner, customers are my priority, I would never treat my customers like these people treated me. But I don't blame him, It takes someone with a business to understand what good customer service is.

Horrible branch manager. I've had more than one run in with her. She says no to practically everything with an attitude and offers no explanations or alternatives. I'm thinking it's time to move my 6 digit account balance (before the decimal point) somewhere else after 40+ years.

I am handling my brother's affairs after a stroke. Chase wanted a signed & notarized power of attorney, I submitted it a week later they wanted a notarized Chase POA, a week I got access to one account. It took another week to get access to the retirement account. The manager Brenda had me pick up the Chase POA but she didn't have the courtesy to even have the BLANK form printed out and ready for me. Don't count on return phone calls from a banker named Mosie.

The service attitude of this bank is very poor. The first time I went to ask for an appointment time, I went back to the appointment time and told me that I didn't make an appointment. Except for saying sorry, I couldn't do anything else. Never go to a bank in this place, you'll be pissed

Terrible Branch! No customer service with young guy behind the plexiglass taking all the time in the world counting a woman's bag of coins while 5 people in line. When I asked the other young guy in a suit walking back and forth supplying containers for the coins if he could help us he said he could not and the other guy is late coming back from his break. I needed to wait. In the corner office the guy on his computer would not come out to help?

I am power of attorney for a friend who died on 11/21/2019. He had an account with Sprint for his phone and had the monthly chares directly paid through his bank account. I called Sprint to cancel his service and was told they could not help me because I did not know his PIN or his security question password. Twice I called them (explaining he was deceased) and they kept repeating that I needed his PIN or security question password. I then decided to go to Chase and ask that they not honor any charges to this account from Sprint. I was fortunate enough to get a banker named Jose A. Monterrosa. He was so gracious and helpful. He put a hold on any future payment to Sprint and also waived the normal fee that is charged for deleting autopay to this vendor. I have recently had occasion to deal with Chase Bank several times since becoming the power of attorney for my friend and I am totally impressed with their employees and their service.

Worst customer service and incompetent of banking policy. If you can certify check have been cash before multiple time. 8-10 checks have been cash with the same amount. Why would you waste my time and client time by calling them. I didn't have an issue at the branch down the street. Won't be coming back here.

I did not like the way chase told me I had to have a chase checking account for chase quick pay. It was not true. I'll be closing my account here.

This particular Chase is near most everything I'd need for a chore day: Ralphs, UPS store, recycling, and quick foods to munch while choring away. ATMs on the outside, and your typical teller service in the inside. Very clean and as up-to-date as other Chase banks. Love the consistency and cleanliness of this Chase! :)

Horrible branch! Walked in w my wife the bank was empty. No staff. And stupid manager tells us " oh come back in hour, our business banker gone for hour" we ask, anyone else there to help us. All the desks are empty. Manager has the nerve to say we are " perfectly staffed" for amount of customers. My wife and I looking at each other then why tell us to leave and come back. Guess she doesn't understand the meaning of customer service or running a branch to grow. Can't believe Chase let this lady run the branch here. Will never be coming back again and nor refer clients to this branch.

Only One person helping with accounts. Been waiting for a long time to still wait for the next person in front of me to get helped. They need to hire more than 1 person.

Save yourself the headache and go to another branch if need to use a Chase Bank. I had to cash a check at a Chase Bank on Friday, unfortunately I happen to choose this branch. The Teller I got was friendly enough but obviously didn't know how to do her job and instead of asking for assistance she tells me the check I have can't be cashed till the following business day. After several phone calls, and a lot of wasted time, I finally determined she either lied or didn't know what she was talking about. I finally spoke to the manager and he took 5 minutes to make a phone call and clear up the situation after I wasted 45 minutes of my life for nothing. There are far better Branch's to visit.

Eliana was super helpful and personable! I really enjoyed my visit! The office is clean. She printed out my card and explained everything to me, super helpful and easy going. Ask for her!
