I bank with 5 different institutions, all great! But the personal attention from branch employees from the manager down is superb. Its definitely a place I want to do business at.

This branch is always a disappointment. The ATM is frequently out of service. Customer service is awful. It's a big bank, so definitely be prepared to be treated like a number. Don't even bother trying to use the voice system; it's impossible.

Worst spot for ATM deposits. Be careful with their ATM machine. Within the last 3 weeks, it took my money and didn't return it or credit it onto my account. 1st time, I contacted customer service and they provided a temporary credit same day while they investigated. 2nd time, customer service said a temporary credit will be available within 10 days. Went back during business hours and I was told there was nothing they could do and i had to wait. I now have to wait up to 10 days to receive my $900 which I need to pay my bills. They can investigate all they want, but I should be given a credit ASAP for an issue that is out of my control and due to their machines. I am definitely complaining to the Dept of financial services or whomever may be best for an issue like this. This is outrageous.

The worst branch I ever been too,very slow I am a preferred customer for more than 20 years I asked for some coin change for 25 $ they said wait 5 min. I waited 10 min and after that they said they have only 1 $ for change,the worst branch and the worst customer service

I was having serious problems with unnecessary fees and no one at the customer service line nor my normal branch. I went in and gave it one more shot and Nina mostly was able to rectify the situation and kept me from leaving this long relationship iv had with Citibank
