    “I am that person who's always reluctant giving a review. It has to be an extea exceptional for me mostly. Needless to say this store has always be my favorite Ross stores of ALL. The associates are very welcoming. But today was even great! The manager(Ms.Reginal) help me twice, she didn't feel like l was bothering her when she was called over. One a return and another item that has a dent on it. She and the other ladies were super nice! It just feels great to see people who still would go beyond to do their job. Not many at the stores this days! Thank you Ladies! You made my day.. lol”
