I am a local neighbor who shops here often, as well as an Uber eats shopper who also shops here often for work! I love this CVS! It is probably one of the best around! It has a large footprint and has quite the selection of items, moreso than other locations! It can be a convenient place to shop for both grocery essentials and health care items, as well as many other things! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

The employee named @Gabriela was very rude to us! First of all she didn't have an ounce of patience to listen to what we were saying then when she got the patient's name wrong she yelled at us saying that she can't find anyone with that name then when we repeated ourselves she didn't even say sorry for her mistake then made us wait forever to just to let us know if the medicine is available or not!! The other employees were nice but she is the worst !

Tonight at 10:10 pm 6/24/24. A Very rude employee wearing a black collar shirt. Took 10-15 minutes to help me with locked medicine box. He Wasn't helpful at all. And didn't go out of his way to help me either. After standing there in aisle 12 for
10-15 mins. I decided to walk to the front counter to ask for help. I then Asked him if he heard the service request? He said, no. Because he was trying to catch someone stealing. Next time worry more about paying customers vs. The ones you think are stealing. By the way, this location smells very bad.

After recently going to my neighborhood CVS store, I completed their survey and want to tell others that I have had great service by, in particular, the store on Yorba Linda Blvd. and Kraemer In Placentia, CA. A few days ago a woman offered to help me find a battery for my car’s key fob. She was exemplary in her delivery of customer service. Professional, kind, thorough, and happy to help is an experience that can change someone’s day. And, it sure did!

Everything is usually stocked but you have to wait in line usually for a cashier if you can't use self check out. They only ever seem like there's 2 people working there maybe one more in the back. Define rly seems like they could use one more cashier. The number of times I have waited here... To many unfortunately.
