This place is CVS, so why you gotta hate? It's not like some fancy place you bring your date They got drugs, supplies, and bandaids too So why you ragg'n on this place, who are you? OK, so not much to say, but this is a typical CVS. Nothing fancy, no fireworks at night, but it just gots all the stuff you need, photography service, drugs, etc.

Went there this afternoon for purchase and was told that the they no longer have checkout from counter and must use the self checkout because the self checkout had security cameras. As I waited in line I saw several elderly customers unable to use the self checkout causing a clerk to take a lot of time assisting them. If security is the issue install overhead register cameras. Stupid store policy with no regard for customers. I won't be shopping there any longer

Shoutout to Hassan for taking some great passport photos for my wife and I. We went to the CVS next to McDonald's down the street around 7:30pm and was told that it was too late to take passport photos. Typical customer service for that location. But I've always had a good experience at this location and I am thankful for Hassan's great customer service.

The worst service among all the pharmacy I've been to. Every month they trying to rip me off by given me 3 months med for $60, suppose $5/ month . Kept making the same mistake every month for 5 months already. So ridiculous. Costco don't even charge the $5. Cvs try to charge everything and always cost more than everywhere else!

Super Rude and un helpful cashier I just had. Did not explain well why she would not accept my coupons. Wish I got her name. The location is convenient but I will not be going to her register if I see her again.

Good customer service they actually want to work here I came in for a money order was helped very quickly I came from the cvs down the street which totally sucks and this place I would recommend over that place this will Be my new cvs of choice!

I just had spine surgery and trying to be proactive with a holiday weekend approaching and running out by Monday I requested a refill from my surgeon on Wednesday before. Each day the automated system says it's in process, so this morning I called to let them know I need it filled today as they'll be closed tomorrow for the holiday. They tell me they're out and won't have this medication in stock till Tuesday or Wednesday. I then ask them if they can check with a different location to have filled there, and they tell me the doctor would have to cancel this prescription and send a new one to that location. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered! If they couldn't fulfill the prescription for something like pain meds for a week the least they could have done was alert me so I could have asked my surgeon to send it somewhere else. CVS has permanently lost my business as soon as I can change to another pharmacy company like Walgreens during open enrollment,

Kind staff always go above and beyond to help. Between vaccines, covid testing and normal pharmacy responsibilities, sometimes there's not enough people working but they try to help as fast as they can

Take you prescriptions ANYWHERE else unless you enjoy being 1 - overcharged 2 - condescended to IF your call is answered 3 - waiting 20 min to have a call answered or waiting over 20 minutes to pick up a prescription the pharmacy has told you is ready 4 - generally ignored by the pharmacy staff Worst care anywhere. Complained to corporate and nothing has changed. At the suggestion of the ineffectual pharmacist, I'm moving my prescriptions to any pharmacy BUT a CVS after having them there for 20 years.

This is the American flag being " flown " at the CVS on 1875 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Placentia. It's been like this for YEARS! I wrote a very respectful e-mail to their corporate office with pictures and received NO REPLY. It offends me EVERY single time I drive by it! CVS PLEASE do the right thing and fly our flag appropriately! Thank you! FYI..... My next stop will be contacting the local NEWS!

Today I had the BEST experience in customer service at the check out a young man name Trevon, greeted me with a very warm welcoming it's very rare nowadays to get that from people but this young man put a huge smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart his customer service was above and beyond . keep doing what you're doing people like you make a difference in this world act of kindness goes a long way. Thank you for making my day awesome

I only choose to come here if the skincare item I am looking for isn't in stock at another store. Rude employees, and their prices are much higher than its competitors. If only I could find the things I need elsewhere.

I work 8am - 7pm Mon - Sat . I recently went to pickup medication and walked up to the pharmacy , which was still staffed and had employees working , and they refused to help me ... stating it was 803pm .... and they closed at 8 . Im so glad there is no compassion ! A small "mom and pop" store would have likely offered to provide customer service and seen that i literally ran to try and make it in time . I have no vehicle right now so its not like i can just "drop back in" whenever ! It literally sucks ! And i would have thought the pharmacy employees would have a heart ... but guess not . Its all about just keeping eyes on the time clock. Ill never frequent this , or any cvs , again . If im gonna give my business to "big america pharmacy"... ill be trying another "competitor" . Bye felicia !
