Attempted to go in the AM after a trip to urgent care with horrible allergies. Roads blocked without explanation between my home and there. Thank you city parking enforcement. Side note: the city app doesn't say why. Back to CVS. So, I went back home and decided to go back to CVS at around 8:50pm cause I really wanted to use the flash sale $4 off purchase coupon I received by email the night before, and coupon states it has to be used the next day. Went to self checkout by 9:05 pm. Coupon not showing as being saved on my cvs card. So. I check the email for expiration date and a barcode. Expires that day. No barcode. Woman behind the register comes to assist. Says let me ring it up for you. Perfect. She asks for phone number associated with my cvs card, rings up the face wash. Again, no coupon showing to be applied. She says coupon expires today, and coupons are on east coast time so it's not going to work. She asks do you still want it? (Without coupon, I presume). I respond no. Can't believe it and I leave. I live in CA, but I must use a coupon before midnight on the east coast. I'm so confused by that policy. I email cvs about the issue. They reply by email that I should call them and give their number and east coast hours of operation. I call and they just listen to the concern without offering help and say the online order I previously had a concern about was resolved. Well, this is the face wash I didn't get from that online order. Oh yeah, and their online customer service also says there is no such thing as having to use a coupon on east coast time and that their coupon system has been down. I ask was it down last night? She says its been down for about a week( OMG!) So, at the end of the day (lol) I can't shop at cvs. First, you close the best cvs of them all in my area that i shopped at for over 14 years. Then you botch the transfer of my prescriptions so that I end up transferring them to your competitor, and now this. Shame. At least I won't have to wonder why your stores will be boarded up in my area.

CVS is the best pharmacy in the world they make sure I get my prescriptions on time they always call the doctor, they're on top of it like real professionaland care about your health.

I forgot a dental hygiene item and looked for a local drugstore. CVS was less than 1 mile away from my current location and was selected. The store looked well stocked and you couldn't see workers until you checked out. Variety of items, including non-brand were available. The check-out was stictly using the self-checkout. Touch screen commands were easy and plastic bags were assessed a fee if you needed one. I was able to handle my items without a bag. Prices were very good at this location.

Employees actively avoid helping you, and immediately become irritated when more than one person is trying to check out and they have to get on a register.

Have been coming here for years and always have a great experience! Sometimes the line is long sometimes is quicker but overall I prefer coming here over another CVS I have closer to me.

This is one of the worst CVS locations ever, avoid it at all cost. Sucks for me being the closest one but I will have to switch to another pharmacy that won't give me the run around for my pick ups. This wasn't the first time this CVs messed up my order and wasted my time for making multiple trips like people are just sitting around waiting to get their meds. The first incident when I came to pick up my order I was told they didn't have it in stock and to come back the next day, I showed up the next day and another pharmacist said they always had that med in stock and they had it yesterday, too. I was mad but whatever crap happened but this time with a different medication I came in on a Wednesday and was told that my medication wasn't ready and it will be by Thursday after 2pm. I doubted it would be ready by then so I didn't pick it up until Saturday morning but it turned out they ordered the wrong dosage. Please try to respect people's time especially when they are sick and in need of their meds.

I've been a 10+ year customer at the particular location, and the service over the last 6 months has become ridiculous. I just stopped in today on my lunch break to pick up a prescription refill. The website states they are closed from 1:30-2pm. I showed up at 12:30 and was turned away. In addition, over the past few months, when they ARE open, the line is halfway through the store. As you get closer, you realize that the cashiers, whilst being polite, are having unnecessary conversations with the costumers, while the rest of us in line aren't getting any younger. There's never an apology and no one seems to be interested in fixing this problem. It might be time to find a new pharmacy location. And now I have to roll the dice and keep my fingers crossed that the next time I try to pick up medication, it's 1) open when the posted hours say it will be open, and 2) the line isn't to Guam.

Pharmacy staff are courteous and professional in my experience! But there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when prescriptions will be ready to pick up, and it makes me dread having to come here. I have 3 pills left in my 30-day supply and went to pick up my prescription today. Apparently 3 days BEFORE meds run out is too early, but every time I come once my meds ALREADY are out it is too late and I have to wait 15 minutes for the staff to find them and bag them or whatever they do?Anyway I'm looking into transferring my meds to another pharmacy.

This review was very long overdue.Just like other reviewers, I had the worst experience with the cashiers and staff here.They are the worst rudest customer service, and seem very low life.They probably think everyone is low like them. That’s why they think anybody who goes to their store is shoplifting.You can’t even shop there with a peace of mind, because they keep hitting the button, customer service needed in Cosmetics, which is ironic because they never care about the customers!It seems like they hate their job and they show it. Every time I come here , I regret it. Next time I’ll just go to Walgreens cross the street, I will also change my pharmacy just because of these rude obnoxious cashiers in the front!Advice to the management , either train your cashiers in a proper way to treat the customers right, or you will loose all your customers and patients!

I made appointment for TDAP at 10am。I willing to pay the cost myself when they told my insurance doesn’t cover for it but the woman just let me wait there and ignored me after she said checking price for me。 it only take less than one minute after the other worker helped 。

The worst rudest cashiers and staff here. Very low life. They think customers are low like them ! If it wasn't for their stupid coupons I would never go there! Lol Next time I'll just go to the Walgreens cross the street, or the other CVS on Bastanchury and Kraemer!
