Don't go here. They over book their cars and will have nothing available for your reservation. We had this car reservation for over 2 weeks and when we came to rent the car they didnt have the car available and would NOT rent a car to me. Horrible customer service

My husband and I needed a rental car on short notice and so we quickly reserved one online and when we came in-person, Nat helped us out and was able to get us a perfect car to fit our little family. The service and care Nat provided was excellent and so very helpful. We’re so thankful and grateful as this was the first positive experience we have ever had with a rental car company. All other rental car companies have been horrible and wanted to charge us way extra for the vehicle instead of the promised rate online. 10/10 recommend Hertz in Yorba Linda as they held to their prices and costs of the vehicle we reserved even when they ended up having to give us a bigger car.

This location has improved greatly and the new manager is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend to check them out again if you had a bad experience in the past.

Stay far, far away from this loony bin. Very unprofessional and disorganized but the worst of the experience was the lack of communication and information resulting in over double the charges from what I was quoted. I would have been much better off calling Uber.

I had a reservation for long-term business use vehicle employ asking for pay-stubs and not accepting state and federal IDs have three form of IDs
Update: issue has been resolved thanks to Hertz management in Placentia location I've picked up my rental in the afternoon

If you're in a pinch, then I would suggest that this is your next best option to get a vehicle. I believe they are open 7 days a week. Go online for best rates. They lady at the fron is friendly, Nat is kind and helpful. And the older lady is very nice. I give the 3 stars because I left an Item and called right away to retrieve it. Upon picking it up, I was missing half of my belongings. One one item from the bag was left. The bag and everything else was taken. I should give it 2 stars for that, but the service was good and I shouldn't have left the bag. Check ALL the compartments!
