MARISSA WAS THE BEST!!!!!She was so great I actually got a membership and I am so happy to have finally see the light in getting massages. this was my first time and they were great and making me feel very comfortable.

That not a massage place!Let me clarify.. if you need just someone to lightly touch you to make you calm and relaxed, go for it.But if you're in need of a real massage for muscles release, That NOT it.. i doubt that the one gave me the "massage" was even qualified masseur. She just followed a pattern she was taught regardless of my state.Don't waste your money, i left just as i came

Very disappointed with the services at this ME Placentia location. First incident was a few months ago, I booked the appointment and the masseuse didn’t show up. I waited for 15 minutes for the front desk person to tell me that the masseuse was no call no show. Yesterday 5/29, I booked a 90 minutes massage on the app for today 5/30 at 5pm. At 11:21 AM, I got a call that there was a scheduling error and they cannot do my 90 minutes and asked me to move to 1 PM or will shorten my appointment to 60 mins. I asked to cancel and they wanted to charge me for same day cancellation while their system is at fault. They finally agreed to cancel my appointment for no cost because I don’t want a 60 mins and cannot move my appointment to earlier. I don’t like their services and I don’t like the way they handle their own errors. I do not recommend this location!

If I could give a negative rating I would. After almost 2 years of trying to cancel, promised refunds and no action my account was cancelled with 22 credits left as a balance. $85 x 22 with no refunds because they get a processing error but have no issue with pulling the funds out. The manager inside the store says she couldn't help and refused giving a supervisor or area manager phone number. Worst customer care at the branch level...go somewhere else!

Joe did work! He is the only reason we got a membership. Definitely worth it. Front desk staff had amazing customer service skills and were not the "pushy type" to get the memberships. Rather they were mindful about the situation (parents to be) and they really were patient with us to make a decision. My husband is very happy and feels like his younger self now! Thank you massage envy placentia for squeezing him in, in such a short notice.

rates went up - service declined. The advertised 50 minute massage is 40 minutes at times. I have found better massage locations with better service at a better price. definitely recommend against signing up for the 1 year rip-off deal at Massage Envy! it appears they are preparing to go out of business.

Do NOT sign up for the membership at the Placentia location!! My husband and I signed up for the ME membership last July 2021. We were hesitant because our schedules are very hectic and weren't sure we would be able to make it in on a monthly basis, but Kaylee was very good at convincing us that if we decided to cancel after the year that we would be able to use any accrued service. Fast forward to a year later and we have 9 accrued services and realized that our year contract was automatically renewed. We had since moved and visited the Diamond Bar location, which we absolutely love btw, and they told us that we need to contact the Placentia location where we originally signed up to cancel. We called several times asking for a manager to call and the response on each occasion was, "The manager is not here. They are usually in Mon-Fri." On both occasions it was a weekday mid day when we called. We finally got a call back from Kaylee who turns out is the assistant manager. We were told that any accrued services would have to be used up within 60 days or we would lose them. Even though we had already paid for them in full. This of course was not something that was highlighted when we signed up. I asked if there was any way that this time could be extended since we had quite a few services and not that much time to use them all up. We asked Kaylee if we could speak with the GM and were told she was not available. I asked for the GM's name and she reluctantly told me it was Adrian. I asked for the managers email so that I could reach out to her that way and Kaylee let me know that she was not allowed to give out the GM's email. We decided to just sign the cancellation and do what we could to use up our services. Turns out it takes 10 days for the cancellation request to be completed. This was also not disclosed to us by Kaylee when she sent the cancellation form on 8/30. Our monthly billing just so happened to be within the "10 days" of the cancellation period and they were not able to bill us for September because my husband lost the card that was on file and had gotten a new one so... they have suspended our account. We are not able to use any of our already paid for services, 8 at this point, until we pay for Septembers bill and bring our account "into good standing" as Adrian put it. I asked if there was anything she could do to help us out and she said no. I asked who could help us out and she said, NOBODY. Seriously??!! NO ONE there has authority to waive this monthly fee?? Sounds like a waste of money to have a GM position if they do not have any authority to make these decisions?? I asked for the franchise ower's name and info and she said that it was not owned by one independent franchise owner, as everything you read about Massage Envy leads you to believe. It is owned by Cambridge Spa Group. I'm sure I will get one of those generic responses from the bot that has not a care in the world about what it is to truly take care of your customers. Until this location, including the GM, changes it's can give two f*x about you and your situation type "customer service" this location will continue to reap what it sows. The only positive thing I can write about ME is that the Diamond Bar location is top notch in all aspects! From the customer service, to the services themselves. As a former massage therapist I am extremely picky and each therapist at the Diamond Bar location I have had is awesome!! Placentia can kick rocks!

This franchise raised their prices $25 an hour more than another location. Taking advantage of people seeing inflation thinking no one will notice. Casually asked me if I wanted to cancel all my appointments.

I have been coming for facial in Anaheim hills for a long time and I want to thank esthetician Inna Makarian, I have been coming to her for a long time and every time I am amazed how my skin is getting better and better! probably no one does facial better than Ina! many thanks to her for making me happy with every visit

All of the good masseuses seem to leave- sign of terrible management. They never have available appointments and they try to scam you out of money by ignoring cancellation requests for the monthly service. The manager Adrian seems to not be there often and doesn't bother to respond to requests when she is. They need 60 days to cancel the monthly service yet they continue to charge for 60 days, even though they've been noticed of the cancellation. how thats even legal is beyond me.

Had a great experience! It was my first time at this place, Gaby and Kayle at the front desk were super friendly and had great customer service, Gaby took the time to explain all my options and guided me thru the process. Silvia my massage therapist was super gentle and had me relaxed to the point a fell a sleep! Thank you beautiful ladies for the awesome and much needed experience!

BEWARE!!! Do not Go here and sign UP for a membership contract! They are dishonest and twist the verbiage on their contract agreement.Last Year July 2021 i came in for a massage to Help with my sciatic pain on my left hip and I wanted to incorporate This in addition to my chiropractic therapy. The assistant manager Kaylee said it would be cheaper if i was a member instead Of paying the higher service costs as a non member. I told her i only want to come in as needed. She said That i can cancel the monthly membership after 6 Months, and i can use the membership fees towards my massage Services.fast forward to 6 Months later i called to cancel my membership. i was told a manager will call me. kaylee the assistant manager called me the next day and i was told That i would continue to have 2 more monthly membership fees charged to my account since it was their cancellations policy and it states it on the contract.I asked her to email me a copy Of the contract which She did. i called kaylee back That same day and told her the cancellations policy does not state That i had to pay 2 more Months Of membership fees. It Just said That I have UP to 60 days to redeem unused service credits. I told her i dont have anY unused credits, and That if Massage Envy continues to charge me after my membership cancellation effective date which is 10 days after i emailed her and notified her Of my cancellation and submitted my signed completed form.That would be considered Fraud.And that She should not be telling members they Have to pay 2 more months after cancellations.I asked for her manager to contact me. 2 dayS later the General ManaGer Adrian called me and repeated the same thing to me That was their cancellation policy. And i told her nowhere in contract under cancellationS it states that.massage envy is going to commit fraudulent monthly charges on my credit card These next 2 Months, aND all the general Manager can say is ma'am i do not want to argue with you and that you can do what you Need to do.i will report these fraudulent Charges to my credit card company.

The front desk person hung up on me, because I was raising my voice about a extra charge I was unaware I was going to have, I told her let me talk to the manager, and she said she wasn't there, and I said when will she be there, then said she doesn't know, so I go up there and asked her did she hang up on me, she said she did because I raised my voice, manager comes out and says, how can I help you, and says you did book a 90 minute massage and I told her on the phone I only want what my membership includes, I was unaware of the additional $25 charge for $90
