Gloucester City, NJ Outlet store!! If I could rate no stars, I would. The management at this store is sub par, and that is generous. Went into the store 11/27 to make a purchase. I had deposited my paycheck at the bank less than an hour prior. The clerk (later learned to have been the store manager), first rang up the purchase as 0.8 cents. This was reversed no problem. The clerk then rings up the sale $70 something dollars. The sale declined (insufficient funds), but even still charged my account $57.84. I was asked to leave the store. I had no receipt, no promise to credit my account, and no product just my card charge $57.84. I was told the charge was reversed. If there was insufficient funds there should have been no money taken. I had my mother call the next day, because the charge is still showing. The second manager, Rebecca, unbelievably more incapable than the first states "the money will definitely come back within 72 hours. I went to the bank on Monday. The bank confirms there was money in the account. I requested a statement and I was charge $57.84, there is no credit. 2 more useless calls to the store and still just a promise to keep waiting. I kept pushing and ultimately this was escalated to customer service. It is now Thursday. Customer service says they will credit the card, which means there was never a credit coming. I called the store to ask for "something" to account for all of the time the store has had the $57.84 and all of the trouble this has caused. The store stated there is nothing they can do!! The credit will now take another 5-7 business days from today! All of this time. Sad.

My daughter received a gift for Christmas. A sweatshirt with a $35 price tag. Arrived late with no packing slip (so no receipt). The sweatshirt didn’t fit, so the person that purchased the gift (who lives out of town), emailed the purchase order. Per the return policy, I drove 30 minutes to exchange it for a different item. The store refused to exchange it because it was paid for by PayPal. The customer service person I had was actually very nice and empathetic, but her co-worker got quite nasty with me when I questioned the policy just wanting to understand why. I wasn’t looking for money back. Just an exchange for another suitable item. Said - not his problem, take it up with corporate. So I guess my daughter has to keep the ugly, too small sweatshirt. Last time I shot at this store.

Placed a $400 gift card order with PacSun on December 12 for my granddaughters. By December 26 the cards had not been received. On calling customer service (holding and talking time 1 hour and representatives could hardly be understood) I was told the card was mailed on December 22. What took 10 to put a card in the mail? Cards not received by December 30 and called again (phone time 1 1/2 hours). Was told that they would get an electronic gift card within 8 hours. Four hours later was called back saying we were getting a refund and to start process again. It is now December 31 and have not received refund or cards. Will never use again. Too many good businesses out there that follow through with their orders. Do not have to patronize the bad ones.

Was unable to print a return label on site. Tried several times with repeated message "Unable to generate return label. Please try again later or contact our customer service." Called and did an online chat with customer service 3 times over 3 days and was told would have a return label in my inbox within 1-8 hours. When I asked why so long was told I don't know. Never received anything 4 days later. Now I have to drive to the nearest PacSun to return one pair of jeans. Will never do business with them again in store or online. If I could give zero stars I would.
