Horrible experience.
Made a reservation. Went to look at unit and was told it had been taken. Had a 10x15 was offered a 9x15 for more money..HOW CAN A SMALLER UNIT THAT IS A FOOTBALL FIELD AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR ON THE SECOND FLOOR BE MORE THAN A LARGER UNIT????
When i got to the 9X15 unit it still had someone's things still in it..

Everything was awesome! It was my first time and enrollment was super easy, the price was the best after searching 4 other facilities and staff was great! I forgot her name but the young lady that helped me was so friendly, thorough, and she was patient with me and my autistic 6 year old(who Loved her lol) Thank you so much!!!!

Customer service was amazing and my reservation was ready! I arrived at 9 am and checking in was painless fast and accurate the person who helped me shoot can’t remember his name but excellent customer service! If storage units had 5 stars or 5 diamond this would be their score!!

My partner and I had no idea where get a storage and came across placentia self storage right when we walked in the doors it was a warm welcome. The tour was fantastic and are storage room that we ended up getting was perfect we got a great discount for the first two months and our monthly payment is very reasonable I would recommend placentia storage to anyone

Its hours aren't ideal. They close early. The buildings are breezy but theres lifts that go to the 2nd floor which is nice.

I have been with placentia storage many many years. I have never had any complaints except with one manager (there have been many and I don't remember who or what but it was resolved) My things have been safe and most of all managers have been kind. I recommend it to all.
