I consistently use Postal Annex in Placentia to send all of my packages across the country, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The entire process is always quick and easy from start to finish.
Customer service is courteous, responsive and efficient. Postal Annex is a great one stop shop for all my personal and business mailing needs.

I get most of my real estate flyers ordered here. Their turnaround time is excellent, and your order is always on time. Even when you need to make changes, it’s done very quickly. I highly recommend this place. They’re also open on Saturdays if you need service on weekends

Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .

Got my passport photos there. Not only were they quick and easy, but their setup included professional lighting so the photos were actually good. Thank you!

I walked in with 2 boxes for a return. When I started taping the shipping labels, Ms Eri(or Ari) working there very politely approached me and offered to take over completing the boxes for me. All I had to do then was just wait for a min or so and she handed me my tracking receipt in no time. Thank you for the superb service.

Every time I went there I was treated very friendly and they were all very helpful. I've been there for different services and got all I needed done...and even had a few keys copied there as well. Big thumbs up!

Worst place to go for everything postal, the woman in there forgot to remove the staples in my documents, ripping them to shreds. And the rude owner wouldn't do anything about it, he offered me store credit, why would I want store credit from them? Do NOT go here I would rate 0 if I could. I printed my documents an hour ago which were from the secretary of STATE of Los Angeles. He would refuse to do anything. I would not have gotten my check if some woman didn't see how stressed I was. Terrible service. Nor did I get an apology from the man or the woman.

Ari and Jose were super helpful as I was trying to make double laminated slicks for work. They were very patient and willing to help, not like other locations I've been to in the past. Would definitely recommend

Came in to get a live scan and a key made and the staff here were nothing short of excellent. Knowledgeable about the process, quick and respectful. I was in an out at a fair price. Definitely recommended. The store is clean and lots of cool gadgets along with their wide range of services.

We needed a notary last minute, and this place popped up on Yelp. Everyone here was super friendly and had our documents notarized very quickly. I love that they are open on Sundays and we will definitely be using this place in the future!
