It can be an adjustment when Banks are bought out, and some processes change. The good thing is the change is for the better! Not only is US Bank an exceptional bank, but so are its employees! One in particular, Mia Mckiernan! Welcoming, thoughtful, a great smile, and genuine care! Mia took time to explain things and went above and beyond as she figured out everything I needed with my transaction, app, and biometric 2 step verification. Love the attention to detail and the incredibly powerful customer service experience I received. Thank you, Mia! US Bank was lucky to get an amazing former Union Bank employee. Great combination of service and knowledge!

They are extremely slow at this branch. Literally not even busy. I've literally been here three times and it seems to just get worse. 2 people in line for over 15mins ...the fact that someone else came in and waited for a little bit basically was during the same as me a drop off and the clerk knew her and said I'll just take it so she wouldn't have to wait like me and the other person super rude. The location is convenient but not worth it.

Friendly and quick service! I'm a new "transfer" customer from Union Bank. I felt welcomed, safe, and I experienced no problems. I'm looking forward to banking with US Bank.

Every time I go into this branch, the people give me the impression they don't want to help you. Once I asked someone at this branch why I no longer get free check. This person said it was an effort to get people to do on line banking. I asked someone else at US Bank while telling them what I was told and this person laughed and explained they simply wanted to charge for check which is fine with me. The next time I went into see someone for help, there was a woman who sat on a computer and had a jolly conversation for like 10 minutes who I think was a coworker then after the call she sat and started doing something else even though she saw me sitting there during this whole time. When I finally asked for help she got snooty and half heartedly answered my question. Today I went in to get euros and the lady said I had to do it on line even though I spoke with someone else yesterday and he said to come in. She claimed it was quicker. And offered help even though I was standing right in front of her and she did not help me. As a result I have taken out a large some of my money (6 figures) and opened up an act at another bank. I would leave this bank altogether if I had faith in my payroll to handle my direct deposit. I'm sure I'm a small fry but these people are lazy

A banker named Eunice gave me terrible banking advice and was pretty much setting me up to have a higher APR rate than I initially have right now. She told me I would have 0% APR rate for 12 months if I opened a credit card with them to pay off my current debt on one of the credit cards I have with them. What she didn't tell me was that if I did that by getting a cash advance, my APR rate wouldn't be 0%. It would actually be more than what mine is right now on my current card. I didn't question this when I went bc I wasn't aware this was possible until someone I met after I left had mentioned it to me. She also had me sign the contracf to apply for the card without giving me all the information on the card's policies and procedures. She was rushing me to sign and now my credit score is affected bc I applied for this pointless card which will not benefit me in anyway. This is peoples hard earned money. Being a banker isn't just about making commission and getting advances by having people sign up for promotions in your favor. It's about helping people so they can have a trusted financial source who can offer better opportunities.

Terrible customer service! Stood there forever as the only person in line and I was never acknowledged or helped. Finally gave up waiting, was going to use ATM instead and it was out of service. Will not be back to this branch.

The people at the bank remember your name. fine. but they can be difficult and rude dealing with people. The teller this morning spent a lot of time with an elderly man, which was nice. But when I got to her window to have a couple items notarized, she said I would have to wait so she could get through the line of 3 people, even though there was another teller and manager. She was rude and unfriendly. I've seen worse banks so 1 star is appropriate, but as this location cares less and less about their customers and keeps hiring aholes with bad customer service skills, they are becoming a zero star location.
