Amazing wow where do I start? first and foremost Danny who is very amazing and helpful and insightful on everything that I had questions on. He is the reason why I went there instead of the closer ups to my house. He just makes you feel like wow this guy cares and he really gives his all to make sure your happy and more than helped out. I cant thank him enough which is why the least I can do is write this review about my experience at this location Im just really amazed and impressed that there are still good customer service and helpful people that actually wanna see you fully helped out and happy I appreciate Danny and this ups location so much and im very grateful and I Hope he gets the recognition he deserves because his energy and his helpfulness is really the best in any standard of customer service. Thank you so much!! I DEF RECOMMEND this location.!! and also I just met Matt there and im sure hes an amazing person as well But im honestly just speaking of my experience with the gentleman thats helped me out the two times i went there. thank you again!!

The staff at this UPS store are fast, friendly and efficient. The store has convenient parking. I had 2 big boxes 30 and 36 pounds and was able to back my truck right up to their door. I carried in one box at a time and by the time I brought in the second box the clerk had my receipt all ready. I really appreciate your service.

Scheduled an appointment for notary. Received confirmation of said appointment. Went for appointment at confirmed date and time. No notary. Was told they don't honor appointments scheduled through their own UPS store website. Sounds about right...

I sent my son in to drop off a package for sending his $600 keyboard back to the manufacturer. He had a pre-paid slip and gave it to Jeffery. We didn't have any packing materials to protect the keyboard in the box. My son has never shipped anything before so he didn’t realize that he needed to tell Jeffery, he just assumed that Jeffery would know.
When my son came back out to the car I asked him how much he spent and he said nothing. I then asked him if they included the packing in the box and he said what packing? The guy at the counter said that he would take care of it for me. I went into the store and asked Jeffery directly and he said no and that my son didn't mention it to him.
I was thinking….. isn’t it obvious thatJeffery would have mentioned it not only to get the upsell but also because he is the professional who ships things for people all day long?
I told him to put it in and paid him for it. Where is these people coming from?

I’ve never had any issues at this store. I’ve brought return items (Amazon purchases), used them for notarization and did print jobs here. Matt was especially helpful during a recent visit to the store.
