I’ve been using this post office for all my mailing needs, and I have to say — the service here is truly exceptional! Whether I’m sending packages, postcards, buying stamps, or requesting other postal services, they are always professional, efficient, and patient.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile. They’re very knowledgeable and often offer helpful tips to save time and money. For example, when I ship international packages, they’ll double-check the size and weight to see if there’s a more affordable shipping option, and they even recommend the most suitable packaging materials — incredibly thoughtful.
Even during busy hours, the lines move quickly. The team handles the crowd in an organized and respectful way, so you never feel rushed or ignored.
One thing that impressed me the most was how professionally they handle issues. Once, my package had a tracking delay. The clerk took the time to investigate, file a report, and reassured me that everything would be fine — and sure enough, the package arrived safely just a few days later.
The post office itself is clean and well-organized. Information is clearly posted, forms and pens are easy to find, and everything seems to be well-managed.
All in all, if you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly post office, I highly recommend this one! I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of — it’s truly an essential part of my everyday life.

This post office is fine for basic things like dropping off packages or buying stamps—especially during off-peak hours. It's smaller and much less crowded than the Fullerton location, which is a plus.
However, DO NOT come here for passport services. We made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early, only for the staff to completely miss it. My husband ended up being late for work because we were left waiting *40 minutes past* our appointment time. When someone finally showed up, there was no apology, no explanation, and they wouldn't even answer our questions. It was incredibly unprofessional!!!!
If you need a passport, save yourself the stress and go to the local library or the Fullerton post office instead.

I frequently visit this post office to send out my packages when I make an eBay sale. Every time I go all the employees have been extremely friendly and customer service oriented, EXCEPT one. The famous Melissa... Oh boy did I have a lovely experience with that one... First of all she was extremely rude and was addressing me in a condescending tone the entire time. I simply asked for a receipt of my package as proof that I dropped it off. This way the buyer on eBay can see that the USPS is in possession of the item that they paid for. She responded with attitude saying that since I used the self serve kiosk to print out my shipping label that she would not scan my package and to go request my receipt from the kiosk... Why is it that all your other coworkers have no problem scanning in my packages and providing me with the receipt proof that I am asking for. If management is reading this you may want to retrain Melissa so she can work on her customer service skills. It looks like a lot these other reviews seem to complain about Melissa quite often. Melissa if you are reading this don't you think you're a bit old to be acting like a bully. Act your age lady and just do your job right, find another one or simply retire.
