After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!

I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”

When the gentleman rang me up he found that he didn’t have the price in the system so he took the price from what I usually pay. I highly recommend this store especially to anybody looking for a cigar. Just down the street from Disneyland and they had a humidor and a great selection of cigars.”

Firstly Alex greeted me very kindly and immediately offered assistance and then quickly located the long list of item needed . In addition offered extra Information on other options , brands , bottle sizes and looked up compatibility with medications we were taking . Alex provided information on current sales , auto shipping and different options with each vitamin & powder I was inquiring on. The manager Raul quickly interjected & they both went above and beyond with their knowledge and answering questions and had extreme amount of patience as I had so many questions a spent an hour seeking and asking too many questions. Mino another employee assisted with technical service on how to locate Info and was also very professional and kind . Overall An excellent store & team and lead by an efficient manager . So far the best customer service I have received at different locations in Orange County .”

“I can never give her (the owner = Chi Cam Huong) lower than the best/top stars. Chi Cam Huong is always so wonderful to me and my family.

The negative review part is for her older sister and staff. They, supposedly, never remember the prices that Chi Cam Huong gives for me and my family. They are there when we are given set prices; but, somehow, they forget about those prices or stay quiet.

I just had a recent encounter with the older sister and staff, while one of my family members waited in the car for me (on a hot day). They gave me the higher price. I told them that Chi Cam Huong only charges me so and so price. They keep on saying no and that’s the past price. I kept firm and told the older sister that I’ll vine back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. The older sister told me to wait and she would call right now. She picked up the phone to, supposedly, start dialing (but never did). She went to help a different customer, while making me wait. I told her that I’ll come back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. She told me to wait for her to help this customer and she will call. Then in the middle of helping that customer, sure told her that she needs to call her sister for me. Then she stopped herself from dialing and told me the higher price is firm and if I wanted it or not. I said no and that I’m waiting for her to call Chi Cam Huong (as she said she would). She told me that she’s not going to call Chi Cam Huong and the higher price is firm and if i wanted it or not. I said no and I’ll come back when Chi Cam Huong is at the store. I left.

When I got to my car, my family member (that I left in the car) was tired and almost fainted from low blood sugar. At this point, I’m past upset and was livid.

I came home and called the store. Chi Cam Huong called me back and confirmed the set price with me.

I went to the store and Chi Cam Huong wasn’t there. It was her older sister and the same staff. I waited for help and got it. I told them about my call and set price with Chi Cam Huong. The older sister took over and called Chi Cam Huong (which I didn’t want the older sister’s help anymore). The older sister and staff were still firm on the higher price. They confirmed the set price (that I was adamant in staying with). The older sister said let me look at her (my) face and memorize it for the future to give me the correct pricing. This ticked me off.

And the older sister made the mistake by testing my integrity and said that she told me to wait for her to call Chi Cam Huong and I didn’t. I exploded on her and yelled and screamed at her for being unprofessional and hypocritical and for called her out on defaming my integrity (with witnesses around). The male staff told me to calm down. I told him straight out that I was calm until their actions caused my family member from almost passing out on the car, while they made me wait for no results.”

“To be honest w my super picky eater I was skeptical about him actually taking this on a daily basis I received the vitamin jar this past Saturday I mixed it w a bit of juice for him and I was biting my nails since he’s refused gummies and other liquid ones in the past, as he drank it his eyes lit up and he said to me “u know what mom it’s not bad it has a weird taste just when it touches my tongue but after a bit more juice it goes away sonic fast, I actually like it”!, .After trying so many other expensive products I was beyond relieved to hear him say that to me he’s been taking it everyday w zero issues and my heart is just so happy to know he’s getting the minerals and vitamins he desperately needed I’m looking forward to my subscription arriving every month thank you thank you thank you green peach for being kosher no sugar added and an all over naturally safe w quality ingredients product , I’ve been looking for something like this for the longest I will be a long time customer ?”

“I've been going to this place for many years. Recently, I had a medical issue that my primary doctors could not figure out. I can't tell you how much testing I had done. I kept getting gaslighted by my doctors and they tried to suggest that I'm just stressed.
