I did regular maintenance from a dealership which I will not name even though i’ve been going there for many years for this reason. I was printed out what was wrong with my car and it showed my rear drum brakes are in need of maintenance asap and it will cost $700 and change. I don’t have that kind of money. The headache and anxiety driving to work thinking my car has a less effective brakes. I took it to Von Auto Care and spoke with Chandler. quoted me a reasonable price for my peace of mind. It’s a small shop hidden in the back corner. Chandler called me after diagnosing my brakes and told me my brakes are good. I was shocked! the dealership would’ve robbed me $700 for nothing. I offered to pay Chandler for his time and he kindly refused and told me to pay it forward. I don’t know what to say. Chandler, you’re a good person and an awesome auto technician. with this kind gesture you will have a returning customer.Service: Brakes

My family has been taking our cars to Von Auto for years. They maintain our Chevy Sonic and our Toyota Corolla. Chandler is a very good diagnostician with years of experience - don't let his age fool you - he was working with his dad, Ben, ever since he was a youngster. He's learned a great deal and is a skill mechanic. They are a fair and honest family run business. If I could give more stars, I would.

Completely unprofessional. Went to get breaks changed. Had to take it back twice. Second time they kept are wheel lock. I had to call them to get it back. When I went there they were unapologetic and very rude. Never again. Please find other places for service.

I don't recommend this place. Unfortunately I brought my car here several times based on Facebook community reviews. Maybe it's new owners? But I took my car because it had an oil leak and it was returned me to still leaking ." Took the car back and explained to them how it seemed they didn't even do the job the first time correctly. Hoping they would make things right and do the job correctly the second time and fix it, nope they didn't! When I opened the hood of my car it was even missing bolts! Then I opened the plastic engine cover and it was missing three bolts!!! They just don't care about their customer service, I would never recommend this place. If anything they should reimburse me for the two times I paid to have them screw up my car even more and do a horrible job! No pride in their word sad Unfortunately it's leaking oil 4x more than it was when I first took it in!! So I ended up paying TWICE and now my car is literally draining Oil in the street! When I picked up my car there went so many dents in it! I brought that to their attention too and they literally just said oh we don't know what happened. So if you have an oil leak or any leak I would never take your car here! Update : This place has messed up my car and it's costing me even more! We put a special dye in the oil to find out where the leak was coming from see attached pictures it's a Florissant dye so it's bright orange! Don't bring your car here you'll thank me later!!! It's literally draining from the part they claimed they fixed. If you look closely they literally broke a huge chunk of the valve gasket. I've also attached a pic of the missing bolts. It's just a mess and they charged me like they did the job, I guess honorable work doesn't matter anymore. The only way to make this right is give me my money back this is unacceptable to charge hard working people for this work.

I have always been impressed with Ben and Chandler's integrity, jonesty, and straight forward ethical integrity. It's a great feeling to be able to trust unequivocally and never have to question anything. Highly recommend Von Auto Care!!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Von Auto Care for years. The entire staff has always been upfront and honest with me. My wife and I trust them with our vehicles. I will never go to any other mechanic, I highly recommend these guys completely honest and fair. That is extremely difficult to find these days.

Ben Jackson is the most honest mechanic I know. He is a master mechanic and a good man. Whenever I take my cars to Ben, I know he will do a great job and charge me a fair price. That's all anyone can ask.

I have been taking all my cars to Von Auto Care for a few years now. They have been great and found problems with my car that the dealership missed. The best thing about Ben and Chandler is that they are honest. They don't try to up-charge you or repair things that don't need to be repaired. I have even had Ben call me to tell me what's wrong with my car and then tell me it's under warranty and I should go to the dealer and get it fixed. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, look no further than Von Auto Care.

I’ve been using Von Auto Care for at least six years and for various vehicles over these years (Volvo, Honda, Subaru). I always feel like they give me a fair, honest deal at a reasonable price. Ben and sons are my go-to mechanics. I recommend them to family and friends when car repairs are needed.

Ben Jackson is the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. I have 5 vehicles in my family, and Ben takes care of all of them. I trust him fully, and when he tells me what is wrong with car, I take him at his word, even if the repair is cost is high because of his high level of integrity. Trust is key!
